Very good at what they do I haven't felt this good in a long time. There hours are great, the cost is very affordable and there always open when I need to go. I never had to wait long at all and everyone is super kind. There the best chiropractors I've ever been to and I highly recommend them.UPDATE: It's been a little over 2 months of going and I keep feeling better each visit. Been going about every 2 to 3 days and plan on keeping this schedule until they tell me otherwise.

The ladies at the front desk Felicia and Kim are amazing! They always make my day by the excellent customer service. They always take very good care about me and my husband. The doctors are amazing too especially Dr. Garza, Dr Morales and Dr. Vasquez. We love this group!

Last week we got there at 10 til 200pm and they were locking the doors.. said they were going to lunch.. I didnt come back that day.. today.. I was sitting here at 240pm and they put a sign on the door late lunch.. be back at 330pm.. so I will sit here til 330pm.. then I will be canceling my membership persay.. I have to be somewhere at 400pm.. so I wont be getting an adjustment today either .. they make whatever hours up that they want.. some of us make arrangements to go.. their female "doctors" suck.. my last visit was a waste..maybe 5 minutes.. she used a massager on my back.. I can get that at home.. twist.. pop.. done..

The membership is affordable & SO worth it. No long waits! The team members make each guest feel important & remembered! usually walk in chiropractic care has high turn overs, but not this place. I saw Dr. King throughout pregnancy & postpartum and he took care of me well. When he isn’t in i visit Dr. Walker. They cater to adjustments perfectly and are helpful (not you’re typical “quick fix”)

For the most part it’s a quick fix… some of the Doctors get you in and out like it’s a chore. I get it. Some doctors are more thorough, and sitting in the waiting area witnessing this makes me feel like I’m getting less. I understand they are focusing on previous visits and ask about certain s problem areas however some check everything as to where some just seem to pop your neck and wham bam thank you ma’am, that’s it…. That was my last visit… literally 2 minutes with the Dr. And that’s being generous.

Very rude woman up at the front desk ?didn't tell me anything when driving up there np I also called and kept me on hold for 15 mins then hung up on me do not waist anymore time than I did!! Drove up there for nothing ? ???

Dr. Vasquez is the best! She always listens when i get an adjustment to what i need and how i’m feeling. The front desk staff is also just so sweet! always makes me feel welcome

Felicia and team at the Joint in Midland, TX go above and beyond for their patients. Been using them for the last 2 years living in Midland and sad to be moving away. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for chiropractic services!

My husband woke up on July 1st, with severe pain and barely walking. This clinic was one of the few in our area that is opened on a Saturday. After his first visit he was some what better. He has had several visits since then. He always talked about how he liked all the staff and had no complaints. Fast foward to this week, Monday July 17th, I woke up with a little upper back stiffness. I knew my husband was going after work so I decided to tag along in hopes of having an adjustment. We arrived around 6pm, neither of us realizing they stopped taking new patients after 5:30. We completely understood and had no hard feeling. The sweet receptionist offered me new patient paperwork to take home and fill out so i could return at a later time and not have that hassel. Today, I left Odessa at 4:55 pm to drive almost 20 miles to the Midland location. Unfortunately this is the closest location to us. Once arriving in Midland, the terrible 5 o'clock traffic made the arriavel time at the clinic at 5:32 pm. I walked in and explained the situation and said i understand I am 2 minutes late but i drove from Odessa and didn't realize the traffic would be as bad as it was. They refused to see me. The doctor actually said if there were to make an exception me, they would have to make that exception for everyone so I would have to come back at another time and he would give me new patient paperwork, which I already had in my hands and filled out ready to go. There was litterly the receptionist, doctor and I in the front waiting area, no one would have known. My husband pulled up as I was getting back in my car, he asked why I was leaving so soon and of course I told him what they said. Unfortunately, he promptly went inside, didn't get an adjustment and cancelled his membership. To say the least we will not be returning.

Everyone here has been super friendly and helpful. I've had a really hard time with my back and legs and Everyone has been very nice and gentle. I had an issue with my husband's card being charged instead of mine for my subscription and the receptionist (Gabrielle) was super sweet! She apologized, but it's no fault of hers. Please let her know that she's awesome. Love you guys!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Vasquez on some joint pain. She was fantastic! Feeling much better after my visit with her.
