I love shopping here, yes it’s busy. Midland unemployment rate is THE LOWEST IN THE STATE, they are probably short staffed like everyone else. Cashiers are always nice and friendly and never have a problem. Yes the lines are long, but it’s because they have great merchandise! Just bought a new rug, bathroom decor and some men’s beauty products. Great selection, great prices!

Almost passed out from waiting in line…
I counted 6 employees behind the checkout desk and 17 people in line not counting spouses or children just baskets in line. With 1 employee doing returns and one employee checking out others I waited so long my blood sugar dropped too low and I started having hot flashes, pro tip: eat a meal and bring a pillow for the line because the employees don’t give a single ****

I used to love the s store. But I can’t remember how many times in the last few months alone I’ve left my cart because the lines are ridiculous!! There’s nothing in that store worth waiting that long for. They really need to get their check out together.

I typically have a great experience at this store, but I’m extremely frustrated after my most recent visit. I live in Odessa and make the trip to this location, only to get home on a Sunday evening, remove the tags, and discover that improper tagging has damaged my items. As someone who worked in retail as a teenager, I know it’s common sense to tag shirts at the seams—not in the middle of the fabric.
Because of this lack of attention to detail, all of my shirts now have holes. Management, please do better. Train your employees properly on how to tag clothing, and if training has already been provided, ensure that those who can’t follow such a simple guideline are held accountable.

Very crowded items are all on the floor. Hardly see staff putting things in order so people can get through. Love the stuff they have there, but one staff member had clown makeup on, and she didn't acknowledge us at all. It's very unprofessional her face was white and red cheeks bright color hair she look like the joker. The manager needs to speak to her or fire her.

This a great place for shopping only issue. Is it you come to do a return only you have to stand in the long line. I would hope that they would consider to have a line just for returns.
