Yesterday, I went in looking for something specific and could’ve used some help. I was in there for at least 20 mins looking at things and not a single person greeted me or even asked me if I needed any help. Very disappointing. I left and spent my money elsewhere.

1st time shopping here. Staff was friendly and didnt follow you around. Was available when needed. They have a good selection/sizes of Bras. Cute clothes. ?

The lady's were very Helpful and kind .. and the special made it very affordable. The clearance racks were awesome timing for me . I saved 187.00 and spend 220.00 Very worth the hit quantity bras and underwear and love the micky mouse perfumes.. very good long lasting smell .

Love this store! They employees have always been very friendly and make you feel comfortable shopping. They sell trendy clothes for ladies XL+. So jean size 12 is double zero, then sizes go up from there. Their dresses are cute, leggings are super comfy, accessories are adorable. I use coupons they send via email and they give out store credit like Kohl’s cash. Their sales are great, when they have them! Definitely check it out!

Came to complain about the operating times as well drove in from out of town too find they close at 6 it’s 5:40 doors are locked. What department store closes at 6 ? Torrid ha. Rarely shop here due to price of clothing and quality isn’t up to par but saw a cute pair of pants I thought I’d give them another shot. Lubbock is open until 8pm what’s up with the midland location?

I don't like buying what I think is a quality product and the seam comes undone when it has barely been worn. The pants didnt even last 3 weeks being worn twice a week and they are already falling apart.

Hours online show seven pm showed up and store was closed at six and people just stared at us through the window. UPDATE YOUR HOURS we drove all the way from Odessa.**update management took care of us for the inconvenience appreciate the good customer service**Call before you go there hours are all over the place due to Covid-19My girlfriend found some wonderful work options and the staff was so kind to us. She felt special during the dressing room process. Thanks ladies!
