So I was in there today February 12, 2024 just got done spending $378 on a PTO driveshaft as I’m walking out to exit the store, there’s little boy on a forklift that works there who’s moving a pallet of shavings right at the front door of the place as I walked out he move forward like he was coming towards me on the forklift, scared me. I should’ve let the little boy hit me, but I went on about my business as he’s driving by me on the forklift. He stops behind my truck and asked you didn’t see me seems to me you would have a spotter when you’re working in foot traffic area specially the front freaking doors of the place. Then he proceeds to tell me that my cart don’t go there but I haven’t even got all my stuff out of the cart yet I went to the manager, she seemed like she was going to do something about it she said I will take care of it. but I think he needs to be wrote up at the very least, but I would’ve fired him on the spot.. I spend way too much money in that store to be treated like that. I always return my cart but I didn’t today because of that little boy on the forklift I would not have him working for me and I probably won’t return to that store. I will drive all way across town to the northside tractor supply from now on.

Called left on hold for over 8mins talked to Selena and she apparently forgot me and what I called for so I asked for manager then Benny the so called manager came on Selena was busy and it’s a busy day and she is a cashier not phone person… so why is she answering??? Bad service

Javier the cashier gave great customer service by showing he loved his job and made sure I had what I needed give him a raise.

I’ve been here for over half an hr waiting for someone to get off lunch break to fill my propane bottle. If you can’t help your customers then don’t sell items you can’t produce. I’ve worked 13 hr shift to get off and run almost 14 hrs just to get propane. And still waiting and the place closes in 35 mins. You can’t depend on anyone or anything anymore.

I love tractor supply they have what you need for your pets they refill propane at a very good price the people are very friendly and helpful

I called ahead of time so I didn't waste my time or gas to see if they test 12v riding lawn mower batteries. they say yes,so I go down there waste my time waste and my gas cuz whenever I get down there they tell me that they don't either this company needs to learn how to train people cuz last time I went in there they didn't know what they were doing either I give up with this place I will never go back

Extremely irritating ,tried to exchange a shielding gas cylinder and was told "that is closed right now because there is only 3 of us ,and one of us just went to count the safe " 45 min before closing... if you have the product ,why not sell it to me ?

Swear there is always a issue with my curbside. Store itself looks better but really tired of the poor customer service. Everyone has excuses and the guy in the cowboy hat definitely doesn't help matters.

I hoped that this place would improve over time, but this place really seemed to have hit rock bottom. Whenever I tried to bring up issues regarding customer support and the overall messy appearance of the store to the manager, Sandy, she would give me attitude and the whole store looks like a pigsty whenever she's in charge. It's a pain to even try to track her down in the first place, since she always seems to be missing. The store manager, Chris, never seems to be available to help either. It's like he doesn't even care about the store. A certain employee, Neill, is never at the register where I assume he is stationed, based on what the other employees tell me when I'm waiting there. On the chance that he is there, he rings me out at an excruciatingly slow pace. It's like every new employee hired is worse than the last. I can't help but to acknowledge some of the workers who truly do their job and fill into the roles that their incompetent coworkers fail to live up to. Mikey and Logan were always attentive to me and others, and made the store seem more like an actual store rather than some dingy building. There were a few more employees that created a welcoming atmosphere, but I didn't catch their names, and they are scarce. If you think you're one of these competent workers, you're probably not. Do better.

Brought a #30 propane tank to be refilled. This location has filled the bottle a few times. Now, they tell me it's expired and can't fill it. I won't be back to Tractor Supply for any reason. Propane or otherwise. That's about all...

Visited the worst Tractor Supply Location. Something is really wrong with this location, the one in Midland south side. I have had numerous bad experiences here, I try to avoid going to this one, the locations in Stanton and Odessa are great, like the other TS stores I visit. But this one has the absolute worst customer service,

3rd time to use curbside pick-up. Last 2 times they never came out with it after 20-30 minutes had to go retrieve it.

Bought a few tool boxes. They didn’t have any out, not complaining just almost left store thinking they were out but asked an assistant if they were getting any one soon and found out they had 6-7 in the back.Paid for the 2 different sizes (out of 4 options) and went to side of bld to load up, but they had charged me for cheaper smaller size. Had to go back inside and pay for the larger size of the one i asked for, and go back out to the warehouse and ask for the right size. Not a problem, just reviewing my experience.
