Sheyenne and Sidney are some of the brightest lights in West Texas. They were both so helpful and kind. Sheyenne is so knowledgeable about the area and is always open to giving a helpful hand when it comes to anything really. They are the tallest sunflowers of the bunch!

I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance guys. They always go above and beyond! While I was on vacation they replaced my fridge with a new one and swapped everything from the old one to the new one. I was so impressed of how they even communicated with me while I was gone and asked if it was okay if they swapped everything over. Coming home to a new Fridge and everything done was so awesome! The girls Sheynne and Sidney are the best as well. I give them all a 5+ star rating!

Cute, older apartments that are refurbished. Property managers are very sweet and helpful individuals, who take the time to listen to their tenants and help build community. They host several events during each month- maybe something small like a grab-bag to celebrate a little holiday, or organizing something like a BBQ at the pool. Maintenance always responded in a timely manner, and were also very nice people - even taking an extra moment to explain somethinga so the living experience was more enjoyable. Truly enjoyed living here for the time I did- wish it was longer.

I lived here for almost 2 years and moved recently due to work and I just loved the apartment complex and the management during my stay and also during my move out. The management ( Sheyenne and Sidney) is very considerate to any of your requests and they also organize a lot of frequent events to keep the tenants more engaged and collaborative with the apartment community. The maintenance requests are attended pretty fast and the rent is very reasonable for the amenities and support they provide. Definitely recommend this place if you are searching for an apartment that feels home with family!!

I've been with these apartments for more than three years, and I really liked this place. I like my neighbors, the service, the office staff, and the maintenance staff. Great community here! They are helpful and courtous. I love my patio and walk-in closet the most at this apartment! They have a nice gathering area and pool area for residents. If you are looking for apartments, this is a good place and atmosphere.

If you're reading this, don't move here. These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Everything you expect from horrible apartments are here. Extremely outdated appliances and fixtures. Over flowing dumpsters. Thin walls. Rotten wood. Please if you have time to visit other apartments in the area, do that. This ain’t it. The maintenance guys and the office people are cool tho??♂️

The staff here is really attentive especially Sidney she was always very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend these apartments as a great place to live.
