Bad service! Waited 3 months for car, owners are full of excuses. Always blaming someone else don’t except responsibility it being their business. Not happy! Don’t use this place.

This body shop is the worst my car has been there more then 30 days have not communicated with me don’t give me any updates on what’s taken so long on my vehicle I’ve called several time and nobody can give me an answer. Don’t recommend this body shop at all WORST OF THE WORST

We used Mid-City due to all of the caliber locations being at capacity and I’m so glad we did. Great customer service, fast repair, and kept us informed about our vehicles process/status and detailed it before we picked it up.

Mid-City Collision Center has taken care of both mine and my son’s vehicles multiple times, and every single experience has been excellent! From replacing bumpers to helping with upgrades on my son’s truck, and even saving us after two separate wrecks, they’ve handled a long list of repairs with skill and care. The turnaround time is always quick, and their customer service is consistently wonderful and friendly! As well as very helpful when communicating with the insurance company about repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of body work done big or small. They’ve earned our trust time and time again!
