Allan at Tweety's Tires is awesome. I took my truck there with front end issues and it was replaced and back to me in no time. it was fixed right the first time. Never had to take it back for them to fix anything like some shops around Midland. Allan is a man of his word and has definitely made a customer out of me. I will take my truck back here if I have any other issues with it. Great team there, great service.

Needed a simple rotate and balance had my pup with me and had to sit in the lobby for 5 hrs when I was supposed to be in the front of the line and “it would be an hr tops”, Did not rotate my tires correctly had to wait even longer to redo that, put very deep scratches in my American force dually wheels, did not torque my lug nuts by the time I got home 3 had come completely off checked the other wheels and some that only had a couple threads on em, and for all this they knocked 40 bucks off tried to call back after getting home and finding the missing lug nuts and scratches and couldn’t ever get an answer. Hate to say it but if you ain’t a bit more tan then most or don’t know someone there personally I would not take your weldin truck, dually or any other vehicle you want not scratched to hell or to be able to drive it very far after you leave.

I had a bad experience at this place yesterday worst place to go to took my truck to go get alignment and they gave me a diagnostic which 125 which I didn't ask for I wasn't tripping about the money i recommand other shops if I could I put -5 stars but I guess I'll have to put one

I don't know who it is that was driving but I just witnessed a white GMC dually with the company name plastered on it running a red light and I got it on camera. I guess they are as reckless as they are unprofessional from what I've seen.

Had to wait 4 hours to finish my truck, said he was selling me a nitto tire, showed me the tire and installed a versatyre instead... i was left with a broken lug key, 2 broken tire sensors and a tire with a cut. And folded up bead. Tire had to be trashed. Not bothering going back. Spending more money to fix somewhere else.
Update. After replacing 1 tire and taking off my end caps I find all lugs loose on 2 wheels. Other wheel had 1 lug missing and another was not even hand tight. This is just wild to do business like this.

Amazing service, when I walked in, the front desk ladies were very welcoming and friendly. I wasn’t too sure what to do with my truck but Tweety (The Owner), helped me generate ideas on how I could build my truck. Very professional team all around, they have very good prices, and I’ll definitely be going back again for my future builds!

This area as a whole really lacks quality and customer service across the board. This is just another one of those businesses to add to the list. I was sold some dated parts (2020) that were not functional. After hours of wasted time between tearing my vehicle down, reassembling and commuting to and from their location. Their solution was to give me a store credit for said parts. Credit to purchase potentially more equipment/parts that are not functional? No thanks. Stay away.

Called in and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and did not care to really help me out on what I was needing. There were people talking in the background and communication was very poor. Needless to say I would not recommend this company until they are trained to act as a professional company.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place I know there supposably well known but the lady in the front obviously doesn’t have no idea what she’s doing the owner finnesed me I went to swap out tire remove it from one wheel and install tire on another wheel I had took him the wheels alone with out vehicle on my trailer first told me 50$ then 75 and then I was like fine handed him 80 and hesitated to give me my change and said he didn’t have change to return to me I told him whatever that’s fine but also here is a waste of time and they will get you for your money any way that can and the quality of work that seems to be performed here on this shop doesn’t not seem professional at all !your better off going to the Chop shop ??

Great place to get tires, suspension (lift kits, drop kits, and leveling kits), powder coating, any kind of body work. You name it I'm sure we got it.
