Lived here in the past. Always felt safe. The land ladies were kind and courteous, but weren’t to be messed with. The area was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this place.

I lived here from 2016-2022, I see people’s negative comments but I LOVED it. Always felt safe. Nice size yard with a tree or two. Never really had maintenance issues that didn’t get resolved.

Tenant for more than 10 years. In my opinion it's the best mobile home park on the south side of Midland. Decent sized fenced yards with lawns and trees. In my experience the staff has been great. Repair requests performed usually within 24 hours.
