5 stars to Gloria, she was awesome. 1 Star to UHaul. Gloria went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of AFTER hours. I’d recommend her to everyone. Aside from that, there was a lot of confusion as to where I need to go, and everything. This made me late to pick up my furniture, which in turn I could not pick up that day. Non of the confusion is directed at Gloria AT ALL, she was fantastic. This was an issue with UHaul themselves.
