If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother went into the store. She’s never been to a beauty shop. So with her walking in, she asked a feminine looking male for help thinking he would be nice. Asking about if there was cream or anything to help with loose skin. The male goes “There’s no cream. You’re going to need surgery for that.” She was upset, didn’t say anything else. Walked out. Very unprofessional. Do better.

We're from Pecos and had a really hard time looking for a hairstylist to do my daughter's hair. The moment we met Ramssa she made my daughter feel at ease. She was very patient and explained the entire process and expectations because my daughter wanted to have a full color of blue for her hair. Despite the challenge, Ramssa worked very carefully and patiently on my daughter's hair and the result was absolutely stunning! I didn't know she could achieve a bright teal with light blue undertone on my daughter's hair despite having boxed dye on it before. We were rejected already by another hairstylist for what my daughter wanted for her hair but Ramssa took on the challenge and worked her magic! It was like mission impossible! Ramssa is a very talented hairstylist that makes her clients feel valued and comfortable. My daughter is loving her new and unique hair. Her hair even feels smooth, healthy, and not damaged at all. Ramssa is the best!

I placed an online order for pick up in store. The product said it was available in store. About an hour later I get a message the order has been cancelled. I went into the store to see why and ask how long it would take for the points $53 to go back on my account. While there I checked and the product was on the shelf. I ask the lady at the register why the order could not be filled if the product was on the shelf. She told me because it maybe would not let them scan the item. I was told I could repurchase it but would not be able to use my points $53 off till my points were given back which could take days. Just be cautious with ordering things online with the store.

Ramssa was absolutely amazing, the week before she had cut my moms hair while she was in from out of state and she was so great with my mom I booked a color with her. She listened to me and took extra time to make sure it was what I wanted. It turned out fantastic, I am so happy with her. I am now a loyal customer of Ramssa. She is so kind. I do think its best to call to make an appointment because booking online never gives enough time for color.

Brought my daughter in to get her hair died as a birthday gift. I learned some cosmology lingo in the process. She got a hair transformation. Not a full head of purple but more like a balance of purple and her natural hair. I think It looks cool. My daughter loves it. She enjoyed the experience with Ramssa who was great with her throughout the entire process. She even followed up with us the next day to see how my daughter was liking it. She gave us advice on how to take care of her hair for near and future purposses. My daughter is enjoying her new look and it seems like Ramssa made an impact on her with what a great job she did since she seems to bring her up to those who compliment her. She says she got it done by a professional😁 Kudos to Ramssa.

I scheduled a haircut with Ramssa, I was a few minutes early and she took me back.( I was the first client of the day) She was so kind and listened to everything I was wanting in a haircut. She asked if I wanted a blow out and explained it would be an extra charge, I accepted and she made my hair look like celebrity hair. I highly recommend her. Will be going to her for the rest of my life if possible!

Decided to cut my hair professionally for the first time ever. I went to ulta beauty because I’ve heard such great things. Ramssa helped me out and I didn’t even have to show her a picture of what I wanted. All I had to do was simply explain to her and she brought my imagination to life! She did such a good job and was so nice to me during the entire experience. I was so so happy with the end results and will definitely come back again. Thank you Ramssa for your help!

I don’t like coming to this ulta because there’s this lady with a bun and curly hair that is always following me I feel so uncomfortable with her following me everywhere, I always come and buy makeup at this ulta but at this point I don’t feel comfortable or safe being there

Ulta has a fabulous selection of perfume, hair products and makeup! Where other stores miss out on certain brands, Ulta hits the mark. Their staff is courteous and helpful.

No lady I don't have to familiarize myself with a store I never shop in, you don't tell me how to do my job and I won't call you out for the unfriendly, sarcastic employee of Ulta that you are!!
