i had such a great experience at this UPS location! i had accidentally lost the shipping label I needed to send my package, and Jimena went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind and patient, quickly helped me reprint the label, and made the whole process stressfree. it’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and friendly thank you Jimena, for making my day so much easier!

I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. I especially want to give a big shout-out to the ladies at the front for their kindness and helpfulness. They always make my amazon returns super easy and quick, and even take care of the packing for me. It's always a smooth and stress-free visit thanks to their team. Highly recommend this location!

Very nice UPS store with easy access and plenty of parking. Staff was polite and provided excellent service during my visit at this location. This UPS store does get busy at times so just be prepared for that. Overall a great UPS store to do business with.

I've had a mailbox here since '21 so I come to this location a lot. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and in all the years I've used them I can't think of a single bad experience. The lines can get pretty long but they are always prompt to get at the counter to help. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars support local businesses!
