Bailey S. Was more than helpful. I arrived without my return info, due to a printer malfunction, instead of making me cover the cost of an in-store reprint, Bailey was assertive and walked me through the process of changing the method of return allowing me to use a QR code in lieu of having to get it reprinted. 5 Stars for Bailey.

Awesome customer service at the store there's always a big line but they always take care of it in a timely manner and are very attentive to the guests. Miranda is always very helpful and has a good attitude.

I’ve had several temporary P.O. Boxes at multiple UPS stores and was very satisfied with those. This one in Midland Tx is the absolute worst to deal with. They lose packages all the time, you won’t get all your packages that have been delivered and they are also extremely slow letting you know that your packages have been delivered. I do not recommend.

I have a PO box here and the Amazon packages are never scanned in and they always have to hunt down my packages. I feel like it needs to get quicker. The price is not good either. I paid $18 amonth for small po box and now they are going up to like $29 a month!

Waiting to mail out packages isn't my idea of a great time. However, I was helped by a gentleman named Bailey S. and he was absolutely stellar in his customer service. He was friendly, funny and made an otherwise "blah" experience pretty enjoyable. I was highly impressed with his knowledge regarding the different questions I asked him. Thank you Loop 250 Ste C UPS store for employing folks like Bailey. He brings quality customer care, as I expect everywhere, but rarely experience anymore!

Been in here a few times now and have always thought the service was great but came during the holidays and was pleasantly surprised it was EXCEPTIONAL! All the employees were working so hard to keep up with insane rush that christmas brought in and they did so well! Alaina helped me with my package and made the process as quick and easy as possible!!!

A complete train wreck. I was in yesterday evening and stood in line for 30 minutes because everyone kept walking away from the register and the one girl up front was doing a pack and ship for a customer while we all stood there and waited. Allllll the years of working for UPS store you NEVER pack a box in front of a customer unless they specifically ask and then it's when there is not a rush. This franchise owner needs to do something. It's been like this for years.

I’ve had my mailbox for over three months, Tony has always been kind when I go pick up a package/mail! No matter how swamped or busy they get, he always has a smile! So grateful for him!!! Best UPS office!

You must have a little patience with the workers - wait times can be long (try going early morning). I think they are working hard. If you are doing a return from Amazon, print a label and drop it off for quicker returns. Thank you to the workers that are trying their best. Appreciate y’all’s service.

Was left standing in line while idle counter help stood around. As soon as I got to the counter, another customer came in and got immediate help for the same thing I was there for. Was it discrimination because I’m an old white male rather than a younger Hispanic women like the employees?

Stay away!!! They Charge to print to print Amazon labels.They now charge for tape! Amazon pays them for boxes but they want to charge you. New owner is worthless. Has no clue. The only thing the new owner knows how to do is destroy a thriving business.
