Never open, drivers hold packageband can never get a hold of someone to pick it up. The location never has someone to assist when picking packaging that drivers don't deliver.

12-25-2023I am here now along with other customers at ups customer service center in Midland Texas and they opened at 3 which is why they're getting one star but the lady that opened the doors must hate her job and she runs the counter is very very rude to several of the customers with this being my first time here and I'm 43 I wasn't for sure on what I needed to pick up a package for another customer and she rudely began to explain so if I could have left a half a star for her personality I would have thanks for first time experience ms Rude

Delivered my package to wrong address, made no effort to find it for me. Told me to just file a lost item claim. I found my package myself, a mile away. Driver took it upon themselves to print a new address label, with the address where they left it. Never notified me. Not very good service.

Was treated very nice but the guys in the building even though it was lunch time and before they opened at 3:00 pm. UPS Midland package delivery drivers are so much more reliable then FedEx. Most of the time FedEx can't find my house. I've never had that issue with UPS. Maybe they use a different addressing system.

This has happened twice, there is no way to contact your local facility. Every store and customer care center have an automated line which gives very vague details.

First package….I received a email asking how to access the gate….I replied with “there is no gate”! I then get a email back saying “package is undeliverable, customer moved”! They have not moved. Received money back from amazon. I ordered it again with another item. First item is delivered second item instantly pops up “undeliverable customer moved” so Ups Automatically puts undeliverable when they get the package again! Are you kidding me! You can’t even talk to anyone there is NO customer service to be directed too! I think they need to send someone out there to train these idiots.

Worst place to pick a package up. Told them to hold onto my package since I won’t be home around delivery times and they still sent it on a truck that would have never been delivered because it had a hold on it. Absolute incompetence of communication and organization, if I could give zero stars I would. Waited there for over 2 hours to finally get my package off the truck because I seriously wouldn’t trust these people to call me back for a pick up since they already failed to do so the first time. I hope to never have to deal with this place ever again.

This place can not figure out how to deliver a package if their life depended on it. They said my address was incomplete went online and it wasn't so I confirmed they were just too incompetent to deliver. Next day, nothing arrived. Called the customer service line confirmed the address was still correct and dispatch would call. Day three nothing. Called again was told the same thing and dispatch would call. Day four nothing. Now they have two packages and over $1k of products I'm waiting on. But they want me to come pick it up from the store that is closed on weekends and have the same hours as my job during the week. Why do I pay for shipping if they can't even ship it to me? UPS is probably the worst delivery service in the world.

So it's Saturday and I missed my delivery by minutes. It's my medication I need it. I go to the ups place. Notice on the door says closed sat and sun. My husband goes around the side finds a employee tells her our predicament. She is able to help locate the driver and we meet the driver at a location. I get my package. That by far is above and beyond. Thank you UPS. Your personal in Midland Texas deserve a raise.

The driver has dropped off at my neighbors twice. My house numbers are clear outside of my house. Completely irresponsible.

Margie is the epitome of poor customer service. Apparently she has a reputation to uphold because I was already warned about her poor demeanor prior to going to retrieve a package. Her disrespect started before I even ENTERED THE BUILDING! Good luck to all those forced to endure this tormented lady.

Terrible, 2nd experience with UPS that is upsetting. Waiting all day Monday at location of delivery for my package to arrive and nothing arrived. I received a notification that delivery was attempted but there was no attempt because I was home all day. Called multiple UPS employees and when I was connected with customer service they sent me to this place. Came to retrieve my package and it was lost.. this is 2nd time I experience this.

Was waiting for an air freight package- the manager strait lied to me to get me out of the building then never called me- very unprofessional establishment- one of the employees I approached in the parking lot reinforced the above- no information no customer service no respect-

My package was supposed to be delivered 12 days ago in Midland Texas. It was delivered to the Midland site but 4 days after its expected delivery date I got a notice it said due to weather it could not be delivered yet it was perfectly clear and 75° then 2 days later I got a notice it said the address could not be found even though we've had packages delivered there for many years on a regular basis I contacted the main UPS and actually got a person who had the local agent call me. The local agent assured me me that my package would be sent out the next day I waited and waited and I checked the website it said my package was out for delivery so I waited and waited it still says it's out for delivery to me yet I got a notice last night saying it was being returned to Sender and that is impossible to get anyone on the phone. The address can't be that hard to find because they've delivered three other packages there since then and the agent assured me that the address on the package was correct
