Richard is the BEST.
I have tried using the downtown location with zero success this week (closed at random hours). Even though it is tough to get through on the phone for any USPS location, I always have an easy experience at this Louisiana Ave. location when I visit in-person!

I dropped a package off to be shipped in the drop box on April 25, 2025, today is May 3, 2025. The tracking number is still saying it is waiting for me to drop it off a week later. I went to the post office inside the clerk said there was nothing she could do. She said no one scanned the package in. Ok so I am thinking the post office people has stolen my customers package! I go to file a claim with the shipping and labeling company I use and they say you have too wait because it has not been long enough. So I am out my money and product items my customer paid for! I am going to resend the product to my customer, but still my customer will have to wait an extra week. I don’t know what is going on with the postal service, but they need to do better than this!😡😡😡

Don’t waste your time. They don’t want your business here! Was sent to another location because I wasn’t just dropping off! It was too much work for her to service the customer. Sad!!

I have been there twice already and both times I ran into a miss Lisa,sweet lady and very helpful..I been to the surrounding area usps's and I must say,this one was very welcoming,she smiled greeted and attended my needs immediately!!..will be back,it's out of my way..but its worth the drive..5 star and 5 star to Lisa
