I wish i could give 0 stars. Not only was the service horrible and workers rude but they made me feel horrible. As I walked in a worker treated a lovely older woman horribly. She simply said hello and the woman firmly yelled NO at her and shut the curtains and lock the door in her face. I understand them closing early to unload trucks, however not putting out a sign and being read to customers is unacceptable!!

Felt discriminated by Marissa. Was here on 12/30/23. Needing help on how to send a package. Right off the bat, Marissa treats me horrible. I did not feel welcome at all. This place is horrible. Will not recommend.

Worst USPS service is in Midland,Tx. I have never seen anything like it. They never get the "hold mail" request right. They constantly keep delivering mail when we "hold mail". It has happened numerous times over the years. So why "hold mail" when you don't hold the mail? Also August 5th it shows my title to my car was delivered. It was NOT delivered. I have no title for my car as of yet. I filed a complaint already. No answer yet. Where is my vehicle title???? It never ends here. UPDATE: August 14th 11:47am, Cheryl called me and stated she cannot help me find my mail/vehicle title without a tracking number. I have all kinds of numbers on the image they send in my USPS daily digest. I said you are the USPS and you can't help me. She stated she would have no idea with the carrier put in someone else's box, etc....she stated just wait. I explained it should have already gotten to me. It was mailed August 2nd from Austin, Tx. I need my title and the Midland USPS just washes their hands of the situation. No wonder they have terrible ratings. UPDATE: August 25th, 2023.......vehicle title never came. I had to go get a certified copy in Odessa. Pitiful USPS in Midland,Tx.

Is it a requirement that in order to work at the Post Office you have to be rude? The people that work here are so rude to everyone and all of them look like they hate their jobs. They really should find a line of work they like. I needed to tape a return label to my package , I purchased their envelope so how could I tape the label on before I got there? I was told they don’t provide tape. Omg that one piece of tape cost less than a penny. Charge me for the tape geez. Worst customer service ever. Learn to smile and be kind, it does the heart good!

The first batch of wedding invitations were mailed out from the Odessa Post Office. The second batch was attempted from the Midland post office. I lived in San Antonio and am new to Midland so was unsure where to drop off envelopes to be mailed. I asked one of the counter clerks. She told me which one and I said thank you I'll drop them off. She said it was okay and she would take care of it. 5 days later I see that none were attempted to be delivered and were sent back to me wrapped in packing tape with a note of why they were not able to be sent out. The invitations, envelopes, and stamps cost MONEY over $300 in total. To tape and ruin them are just so disrespectful. I don't understand why Odessa was able to get them out and not Midland. Zero stars if I could. I'd rather drive the 20 minutes + to Odessa and have them do it.The invitations have a wax seal on them. I'm guessing that is why they were "not able to be delivered" right Midland?

They were closed with all drop boxes locked at 3PM on a Monday when they close at 5PM.

The ladies in this postal office are RUDE, I will not ever go back there. Postal Service please do something about this we spend way to much money to be treated with such disrespect. This app forced me to give 1 star and they didn’t deserve it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Post offices like these are the reason america should just use ups or fedex because no one answer the phones at any midland post office i got one answer from 35 calls ands stuck on hold for 45 minutes. If you hate your job so much find another

If I wanted to use the kiosk to mail my package with a prepaid label then I would have used the kiosk. I don't need someone telling me that I can use the kiosk to get a receipt for proof of sending my package. I tried one time on the kiosk and it said invalid barcode, never again! I tried to send something internationally at 4:30 and they said the computer was already off to be able to ship it out?? You close at 5, how is the computer already off?! I had to go to veteran's to ship it out. The one lady without hair isn't very pleasant but the one with bright pink lipstick takes the cake! The guy is OK but he's very dry. Ugh, why are they so rude?!

I’m in here frequently and, although the wait time is sometimes longer than desired, depending on the time of year and time of day, I’ve always received professional service. Maybe not always real friendly, but they’ve never been rude to me or anyone else that I’ve witnessed. Customer service is a hard job.

These front desk workers act like they're imprisoned to the company, very terrible attitudes. She asked me if the school ever taught me how to write out a mailing address because I didn't put the city and state on a 3rd line in a empty square box. I was under the assumption they can read and input it into the compute so it can print out a label like exactly what happened.
