Terrible service, I arrived because my phone is slow and I left with another line that I never took advantage of and charges were made to my card that I never asked for. Don't go to this store!

Customer service is non existent at this location. They think it’s just saying hello. Also expect to be there for a while if you are getting a new phone. They don’t care about clients time. Their system was down so expect to pay cash, be lucky if you get a receipt, their printing system down as well. Also the WiFi inside was very slow, it added to the wait and frustration. I’m amazed how they are in business still, I believe it’s a Russell cellular. Third party for Verizon. Be better off making the drive to the location on loop 250.

Very very UNPROFESSIONAL to close at 7:45pm when Google says close time is 8:00pm. I knock on the window and make eye contact with the lady sitting at the computer and she literally just signals me that it’s closed. Seriously? This Verizon location will loose a lot of business because workers decide to lock the doors earlier . This was today July 12 2024

Stopped in to check about possibly getting a new phone. There was apparently only one person working at the time. She was currently helping another guest when I walked in and told me that she would assist me when she was done. I'm fine with that. The issue I had was that another person walked in after me. Every other Verizon store I have gone to, you get waited on in line. The girl behind the counter just forgot about me standing there and went to the next customer. Didn't even acknowledge that I was clearly waiting. So thats why I have this store 4 stars. I dropped it to 3 as the store only had a few items to choose from. Poor selection dropped it to 3.
