I've asked multiple time for a notification for when my bills are sure never got one even called customer service and still didn't get a letter or something but they wanna sit here and hit me with more shit. Even go as far as say there's a missing payment it may be late but not missing completely don't recommend it

Joanna is incompetent and my issue with her is if she doesn’t know the answer she doesn’t try to find one she just puts everything on Demi who is not always at that location. Her flippant attitude is disgusting and she wouldnt give me names of manager or anyone I could complain to.She isn’t trained well at all . She’s just a person sitting there racking up hours to be paid with no knowledge!If it wasn’t for Demi my whole experience would be horrible. He had to fix her mess ups . Overall I’m disappointed.

Brandon sold us the wrong phone (Thursday), we let him know (Friday) and was told the correct phone was on back order & that no one else could help me.. . 5 days later and a trip to corporate and another russell cellular proved otherwise. I now have the correct phone. I don't appreciate the dishonesty but thankfully another location made it right.

First off. Go to the Verizon on 2816 W Loop 250 N... meet with Brandon! He is the absolute BEST Verizon worker in Texas. Trustworthy, charismatic, and stays true to his word. GO TO BRANDON.

I went in to see about a new phone. They were so helpful. They showed me all the offers I was qualified to receive and explained each one. Then they set up my new phone and transferred all my info from my old phone. They showed me how to use my new phone and answered every question I asked. Great customer service is so hard to get these days. Thank you, I love my new phone!!

Demi was the NICEST and most patient of any cell phone provider I have ever had. We had so many issues closing out of our straight talk plan and he handled every single thing that was thrown at him with a smile on his face. He was very knowledgeable and there to care for his customers. I would leave 10 stars if I could!

The guys at this Verizon store are top notch. They were helpful, kind, and thorough in explaining everything. I switched over to my partner’s plan and we both got new Iphones. Everything was done correctly and they transferred our data to our new phones. Definitely will be going back to this location in the future to see Andy and Demethrio.

Customer service representative was knowledgeable, attentive and patient. I am beyond grateful for the seamless transaction of upgrading my cellphone and transferring all my data in a snap! :)

Andy was wonderful. He took time with me and was very respectful and helpful. Verizon in midland is the best. I'm old school senior and Andy was so mindful of that fact.

Ask for Erica she's the nicest person you'll ever meet 10/10. Whatever you need she's the person to talk to, I was very impressed with my experience, the only thing is you'll have to wait 30-50 min to be helped due to the lack of staff.
