We’ve been coming to get out glasses at Vision Works for years! It makes it so convenient - right next door to our favorite Dr Hogan! The young lady at Vision Works, Lindsey, is so knowledgeable and helpful. We wouldn’t be able to get the perfect lenses, perfect fit, regular and sun glasses too- with anyone else. Thank you Lindsey!! You’re the best! See you next year!

Left work early and drove over here to purchase some new sunglasses. Arrived at 5:45 and the gate was shut. Closing time is listed as 6pm, seems like a pretty basic principle in retail to stay open during your posted business hours. Other reviews show the same problem, so clearly management doesn't care. Disappointing, but not surprising.

Waiting time to see the Dr was great , however; this Dr didn’t have much of an interest with my concerns . At the store , the girl that attended me was perfect , she took her time with me .

If I could give Zero Stars I would set an appointment they say everything is good with your insurance then arrived SATURDAY AT 9 am and they just said “We are sorry we can’t accept the insurance “ WHAT ABOUT A FREAKING HEADS UP what a BAD SERVICE

Dr. Hogan in the optometrist office was amazing. I definitely recommend him for your next eye exam.. Then I went next door to Visionworks to get new glasses and both of the ladies that helped me on multiple days, I had to come back due to personal reasons, were very nice, supportive, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hogan and Visionworks to my family and friends and I'm sure I'll be back next year.. Customer service was AMAZING!

Scheduled an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early and am given paperwork to sign saying that I agree to pay $40 extra dollars for a retinal scan that’s not covered by insurance. I said no and asked them if I could opt out. They said no. You can not opt out. Needless to say I left and will no be back there. This is bad business. This information should have been given to me before I showed up for my appointment and wasted my time. BEWARE!

I Called and scheduled eye exam and told them what insurance provider I had, then 2 weeks later when I show up they said I must have an extra exam for $40. They will not see you without performing and it is not covered by most insurances including mine. Super shady and bad business practice. The exam isn't even needed to determine prescription but they won't give you one you need without adding on an expensive extra exam. I went to other optometrist and they didn’t need that extra exam.

Wow!!! I went to get a screw replaced in my glasses and the lady that assisted me was nice but the other employee???She left the Odessa office on hold, the lady assisting me asked her about the line on hold and she said no there isn’t anyone on hold they hung up. The lady assisting me said no their still on hold. She said” Just hang up” OMG. Customer service is dead!!!! I won’t give them my business from now on

It went very badly for me, when the employees arrived they didn't even take me into account, then they took me out of the premises because they had to leave, they closed the electric gates with customers inside, they practically kicked us out! Today July 8th 2022 I walked into Visionworks at around 10:15 am. There was two workers just sitting at desk. Not once did either one of them acknowledged my presence or the presence of the other two individuals that was in the store. It wasn't until one of the other customers said something to them that one of them decided to get up from the desk to help her. I ended up leaving and took my business somewhere else. The customer service is horrific. It's the employee job to provide excellent customer service whether they want to be there or not. The two ladies that were there were just lazy and if they didn't want to be there taking up space then hired people who want to be there. Please train your staff on how to give excellent service otherwise your going to lose a lot of business. I will definitely be sharing my experience with whoever will listen to me. Do better Visionworks.
