I made the mistake of confusing the days open at the box office and decided to go today during my lunch break. The lady working at the box office was very rude. It didn’t seem as if she wanted to help me since it was “closed” today. When she finally did, I told her I was wanting to pick up my ticket and had my id ready. I gave it to her through the window again thinking box office was open, and she threw it back once done. She mentioned box office hours and however luckily still gave me my ticket. I apologized. The unprofessional customer service was unnecessary.

Took the wife on a treck across Central Texas to see a band perform. It was a bit of a journey to get there, but we'll worth it! We stayed in hotel down the road from the venue. The roads to the parking lots were bring worked on, so there was a bit of confusion on where to turn to get to the lot. Once inside, access to our seats was easy, and close to the performance. We had a great time! Plenty of parking. The location was clean and well maintained. I would visit again if there was another big act in town! Great place to see shows!

As always, outstanding experience. Love attending concerts, shows, entertainment at Wagner Noel. I typically drive from San Angelo to Midland, attend the event, and drive back to San Angelo after the event (250+ miles). I have attended 35 - 40 events over the years. I can honestly say each event was worth the trip. Tina - The Tina Turner Musical was no different. Great entertainment. Great venue. Great staff.

Honestly The venue itself is fine, but the bartending staff completely ruined the experience. I had to repeat my drink order multiple times, waited in line so long I missed 30 minutes of the show, and then was randomly cut off for no reason. The bartender taking my order was dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care. Terrible service from the bar staff — definitely needs to be addressed.
