Worst Customer Service experience I have ever received from the pharmacy. Terrible attitudes and unwillingness to help me or the people in front of me in line. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend a single person to this store!

I made an online order to have a few documents printed and ready for pick up, I showed up at the scheduled time and was then told that the employee which usually takes care of that kind of thing in the photo area called in that day and that I would have to wait 3 more hours for a few papers to be printed.I went to Office Depot and printed everything out myself with ease.

30 minutes waiting for the pharmacy line and then I’m at the window and it takes another 10 minutes for them to service me? Why does Walgreens always disappoint me with their customer service efficiency? I’m switching pharmacies I’m tired of this every time I go.

This is the worst Pharmacy on earth. I have been here twice and both times five cars were in front of me and it took over an HOUR to get through the line. I am never coming back to this Walgreens again. If you’re sick, just let nature take its course and pray for the best, because you’re better off than waiting in line for hours. It’s a good thing I had a full tank of gas. Count the number of cars in front of you plus yours, times 13 minutes apiece and that is your wait time.

The pharmacy will only partially fill prescription that are not controlled substances just to force you to come in more, I will never step foot in this place again.

Not always able to find things from one visit to the next. Product placement does seem to change more frequently than normal, but after some searching I was able to get what I went there for.

The pharmacy in this store is terrible in reference to their customer service skills. I have contacted them via phone for the last three days to acquire information on a prescription. The pharmacy technician would initially answer the phone by stating “ please hold “ or something similar to that. After being placed on hold, the techs would keep you on hold by picking up the phone, not verbally speaking and place you o hold again. You would here the click of the phone each time. People who call in are customers as well! I should not have to drive there and wait in line 30-60 minutes to get my questions answered!

One of the pharmacists told us that a Doctor's prescription was needed in order to recieve a vaccination offered online. If it would have been like that, then there would have been a restriction on the website or not offer it. We left and went to inquire with different pharmacists and they all told us the same thing, that no Rx is needed for an online offered vaccination. It's totally wrong to allow a client to make an appointment, then tell them erroneous information just because she did not want to give the vaccination to them, if this is the case take out the, need to make an appointment for vaccinations. This is totally unprofessional and un-respectful to their clients. Lady you know who you are!

Pharmacy manager is very unhelpful and doesn't understand normal things and simple questions. First they put me on hold on the phone 5 times and laughed amd snickered while saying it. Very lazy and rude Pharmacy people at this location.

Your pharmacy used to be open on weekends, then you change it to where it was closed on Sunday and now it's closed on the whole weekend. The most inconvenient schedule ever especially for elderly people that have a hard time getting around that live close to this location.

The pharmacy care is terrible, tomorrow I have surgery and I need a medicine and they don't have it, my doctor calls the pharmacy and no one answers the phones and they get annoyed when someone asks, terrible care. and I've been waiting for my medicine for more than an hour and there's a senior that he can't walk and they ignore him and he's been waiting for more than an hour and they don't give him his medicine. disrespect for seniors… 2 hours and still waiting, 6:07 pm

Freaking horrible. The slowest, inept group of people I've ever seen. Prescription are never right, and God help you if you try to get them on the phone. It is always something. This was the last time, I'm going across the street to CVS. Everyone in that pharmacy should fired

I've been waiting in the drive they line for over 40 minutes now. Started with four cars ahead of me. That's it. I'm still second now. I know going in wouldn't help because it's always just as slow in there. Like wtf guys get it together. And this is always. Alllllways so slow. There's no reason for that. And don't think about coming anywhere near lunch time because it doesn't matter how long your in line. Lunch time is lunch time. They will close on you with zero F's given.
