By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely incompetent pharmacy techs, they tell you prescriptions aren't covered by insurance when they are, drive thru line will not take you less than 45 minutes. I've been dealing with these people for two years and finally fed up and making the switch. Just start somewhere else.

Called ahead to check and lady was super kind and had prescription ready within 15 minutes at 8:30 at night.\\nPharmacist came and explained how to use it. Super quick, great customer service! Will move all prescriptions even though our insurance prefers cvs.

I have used Walgreens Pharmacy for 25 years in Hobbs NM, Arlington Texas and for two years in Midland Texas. I have been treated hateful and disrespectful by both pharmacist and all people that work in this store. I don’t know why the Midland stores are this way. I’am contacting Walgreens 1-800 to make them aware. I transferred all my prescriptions to CVS, I don’t know if it will be any better or if it’s just this area?

Scheduled appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine for my husband and I, and waited over an hour to be seen while others were going ahead of us despite the fact that we scheduled ours. Not enough seating but then again we were waiting for about 15 other people to get their shots before us.\\n\\nCompletely ridiculous. Thank goodness for my understanding babysitter.

Walgrrens fill my 90day prescription and only gave me a 30days supply. They told me they were out and that when the rest came in they would call me. After 15 days with no call I called them. I was told that they owe me nothing and that my prescription is expired.\\n\\nThis is insurance fraud.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars, this would be a pharmacy to give it to. We have been waiting at the drive up window for 30 min now to get the pharmacist to come to a consult. The clerk refuses to give us the meds and says it's mandatory. This is seriously THE WORST pharmacy. Beyond ridiculous. Will be moving our scripts to H‑E‑B across the street.

I have used this pharmacy 2 times for prescriptions and once for Covid testing.(The Walgreens in Marble Falls and Houston were my pharmacy's for years.) I will never use this location. Each time I've called I was repeatedly put on hold up to 15 minutes. When I did reach a tech they refused to assist me; saying I have to come in for assistance. This last time I had received a text asking me to call with updated insurance information. The woman refused to even take the information. She insists I wait until I go in for my prescription. At which time I'll have to wait for it to be reprocessed. Absolutely NO care for my time or safety. Even the store manager couldn't get them to help me. Lazy or stupid? Either way, CVS is right across the street.

Do NOT use Express Pay. They will double charge you & you can't get your money back for 7-10 business days. They won't take your phone that has your QR code due to Covid so they ask for the number that is texted to you & then they also charge your card on file. So aggravating to do business with the pharmacies in this town.

Waited in line for an hour. Then was told my order wasn't ready and to go back into the line which was even longer by then. Had to wait over an hour again. Worst CVS drive thru ever and the lady was rude, she did not care I had my two year old son in the car after telling her I had already waited an hour. 0 stars

I am tired of this manager named Paula in this Walgreens she stalks me and she also said corporate told her to do this. As soon as I walked in she came running like a deranged person and pulled out the vacuum and stayed at the door acting like as if she was vacuuming the carparet. Not only that she called this stupid a** thing called Rudy to be stalking too . when I got to the register she quickly stopped and looked at me stupidly . I asked do you have heaters she replied no. But I was looking at the floor she deliberately put the cord on the floor so I could trip on it . I said why are you stalking me she said corporate hired her to do that . so why the he'll do you have a stupid b**** like this working for you . corporate . I have had enough with this f****** b**** .if it's not for us customers you would not have a f****** job . not only that but Rudy was mean mugging me and the person I was with and they were not even wearing f****** masks . so you'll just made CVS more richer cause I'm taking my business to them so Paula f*** you and Rudy go f*** yourself. I'm more than positive you have done that already so I hope you'll get treated the same way GOD BLESS You both. . I would give you a zero but you have Paula and Rudy there .

The HR Dept that is over hiring for the Permian Basin should be terminated. Having only one tech and one pharmacist on a Fri/Sat is not good business when it's flu season. I will no longer use Walgreens since a simple script for Cefdinir can't be filled in 2 business days.
