I believe it was July 25, 2025 . Believe it or not this is going to be positive for Walgreens pharmacy on Illinois and Andrews Highway. Good Job ! All my prescriptions were filled and on time. I don’t know if they have gotten more help or not but what I can say is good job!

This Texas location hasn't let me down yet, I'm switching all my meds to here. The Illinois locations are rude and need serious restructuring

Staff was extremely polite, and the pharmacy was quick with their service and extremely polite as well!

Well, everyone just thought they had banker’s hours before, they recently changed their hours to M-F 9-5, and closed for lunch. Will be moving to a different pharmacy, it would cost me an additional 200 per month in lost wages to leave work early to pick up prescriptions

I'm on the road traveling, and I forgot to pack my hearing aid batteries. I use a common size so I went to this store to get some. When I finally found the batteries, they had none of the size I needed. It was obvious from my search that this store hasn't bothered restocking an essential item like this. I don't know why for sure, but it looks like incompetence due to laziness...

What is with your bank/doctors office hours? Closed this morning when I tried to pick up medication before work, closed now at 1:45, also was closed the last time I tried to pick up medication. When are y’all actually opened and are these two always your hours or just another thing to blame on COVID?

This Walgreens just saved me after my regular one closed without notice! There was a mix-up with my mail-order pharmacy, and it was sent to Walgreens instead without notifying me. Walgreens called to tell me it was waiting while I was out of town, and when we got back and went to get the medication that Walgreens location had closed! I had no medication at all, and I called the Andrews Hwy/Midkiff Walgreens. They had my script transferred and ready for me to pick up in less than 20 minutes, no drive-through waiting, my insurance correct- perfect!
