Walgreens associates need to ask the customer if they want to use their rewards, this would be wowing the customer. I should not have to ask if I have any rewards to use. 4/19/25 was not a good customer experience this date. Some of these young kids need to act like they like their job and be friendly.

Absolutely horrible. Went in there for headphones got in line just for the kid w the curly hair at the check out to say “ill get them for you just in a sec” and proceeded to help like 7 others. Finally i told him if he was gonna help me out after the customer that he had and he came. Now tell me why this kid was gonna make me get in the back of the line again after he done made me wait a whole 15 min? For a pair of headphones fr? It literally couldve tooken less than 2 minutes for everything. These kids now a days dont know customer service.

Worse drive through I have ever been through Either they do not have enough staff or they do not know how to be efficient . Literally have been waiting 45 minutes and at a non busy time. Management please do something !
*note the young man at the counter was very nice but was clearly overworked.
It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my prescription.

This is the worst drive through forever. I was here. Pick it on my prescription with my boyfriend. You also pitched his prescription up. And they said I would have to wait. I was already here. They told me to come back now. I've been in line for 30 minutes and literally nothing is happening. This is just ridiculous
