Save your $17 and don’t go here for your passport photo. Not blaming the attendant but simply Walgreens policy. Was told I had to change when wearing a plain white shirt but nowhere on the website does it mention you have to be wearing dark colors or on the government website.

N Bigspring st. Midland Tx They are only getting a one star, because 0 isn’t an option. The head pharmacist is on an ego trip and very rude. No help in getting a prescription filled had to go to another pharmacy and had no problem getting it filled. My advice is go somewhere else.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, they are rude as hell. They hate answering the phone . I’ve literally waited 20 min on the phone

It's pretty hard to be a pharmacy right now. The reason I choose this Walgreens is that they are open Mon-Friday. This allows time for the staff to rest. I have been going to this pharmacy now for over a year and it is been a good experience. They communicate when a medication is in short supply and help navigate the difficulties of understanding insurance.

Extremely rude pharmacy workers, no phone etiquette and come to the drive thru window when they feel like it. On top of the overpricing they do on medications

The most unprofessional, rudest pharmacy workers I’ve ever encountered. Just moved to the area and will never use this place. They didn’t even answer the phone professionally. After initially answering the call and not even asking to put me on hold they just pick it up and click hold immediately and when she came to the phone I just got a “what can I help you with” extremely fast and rude. As I started explaining what I needed she cut me off mid sentence and asked for a DOB. Will never use this pharmacy. For working at a pharmacy that’s not even open on weekends they sure are crabby.

Worst Customer Service experience I have ever received from the pharmacy. Terrible attitudes and unwillingness to help me or the people in front of me in line. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend a single person to this store!

I made an online order to have a few documents printed and ready for pick up, I showed up at the scheduled time and was then told that the employee which usually takes care of that kind of thing in the photo area called in that day and that I would have to wait 3 more hours for a few papers to be printed.
I went to Office Depot and printed everything out myself with ease.

30 minutes waiting for the pharmacy line and then I’m at the window and it takes another 10 minutes for them to service me? Why does Walgreens always disappoint me with their customer service efficiency? I’m switching pharmacies I’m tired of this every time I go.

This is the worst Pharmacy on earth. I have been here twice and both times five cars were in front of me and it took over an HOUR to get through the line. I am never coming back to this Walgreens again. If you’re sick, just let nature take its course and pray for the best, because you’re better off than waiting in line for hours. It’s a good thing I had a full tank of gas. Count the number of cars in front of you plus yours, times 13 minutes apiece and that is your wait time.

The pharmacy will only partially fill prescription that are not controlled substances just to force you to come in more, I will never step foot in this place again.

If you plan on getting your prescriptions, plan for at least a one hour wait in the drive-through, minimum. It takes over 10 minutes between each car. So if there are five cars in front of you, you're looking at one hour minimum it's usually about 12 minutes per car, this is definitely by far the worst slowest pharmacy that I have ever encountered. It's almost like they hand manufacture your medicine when you get to the window. However, when you get to the window, they don't even come to the window until five minutes later, and then come back five minutes after that with your prescription, it's absolutely ridiculous and for as many drugstores as there are around this area, there is no reasoning for this nonsense. I have been to quicker funerals than this pharmacy line. It's ludicrous, absurd and maddening. They need to fire, everyone involved, put them all on a rocket, and launch them at the sun.it is the worst of the worst. I think I could get my medication quicker from Mars. Honestly, I wonder how many people have died in line, waiting for their medications. It's that ridiculous.
