They have done a great job communicating the diagnostic and progress of the work done on my vehicle.

I took my vehicle in for 4 different issues. Gave them a part for the a/c they needed and told them what was wrong with the vehicle. Only 2 minor issues were repaired (but molding not reinstalled) the electrical is still giving me issues, the air conditioner is completely out (they didn't even attempt the blower resistor I gave them) and the very loud right passenger side noise (they said they couldn't hear) is a missing bolt from the engine block.... still missing. I was out$2200 on repairs, they had my vehicle for 5 or 6 weeks and I had to pay for a rental out of pocket another $2300. I will not use them nor recommend them again.I'm unsure if the mechanics are incapable, lazy or just too busy but it has been extremely costly for me.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Absolutely amazing. The best experience I’ve had when dealing with a mechanic shop, definitely going to be my go to.

Very bad at diagnosing electrical issues. $2618.$ and 2 months later a rebuilt instrument cluster that there was nothing wrong with for $854 The issue ended up being what I told them to check in the very beginning, a very common known issue with these vehiclesService: Electrical repair

They repaired my car and gave me a ride to the doctor . . . so I wouldn’t miss my appointment!

COMMUNICATION WAS AWFUL AND THEY DID WORK THAT WAS NEVER APPROVED! Dropped my car off on March 13th for them to diagnose why my ABS light was on and also to reprogram the airbag as my husband made a mistake when he was diagnosing the vehicle himself. Was originally told it would take a couple days for them to get to my van and they reassured me they wouldn’t do any work without our permission. It took a little over two weeks for them to diagnose the problem. When they talked to my husband they only talked about fixing the airbag module and didn’t even mention my ABS. We were quoted “$1400.00 out the door including tax.” Since it was already over 1k to fix one problem my husband didn’t even bring up the ABS and verbally approved the work which was a HUGE mistake. For the next 3 weeks both my husband and I were lied to every time we called trying to get updates. They kept saying they were waiting on shipping, but wouldn’t give any more details. I started getting really worried after they had my car for a month and that’s when I realized our mistake…we had nothing in writing so they could do whatever they wanted and charge whatever they wanted and there would be nothing we could do about it. I personally went into the shop to get some answers and pull my van. I no longer trusted them. I was told I couldn’t get my van because they had pulled the airbag module and mailed it off to be rebuilt. Which is funny seeing since just that morning they told my husband the new airbag module was “in Dallas” and “would be here soon”. They still NEVER mentioned anything about the ABS. I also asked for a written estimate and was told if we didn’t receive it by email that day (April 13th) we would definitely get it the next day. My husband called every day after trying to get the written estimate and was told nothing but excuses and kept being put off. The following Wednesday my husband called multiple times that morning and then magically our van was finished (even though they had just told him a few hours earlier it would be a few more days) and they sent us the receipt of the completed work which was $600 more than we were quoted because not only did they replace the airbag module, but they also replaced the ABS module. We were never given the written estimate even though we asked every day for almost a week. They also charged us over $800 for a couple hours worth of labor. At that point we had no choice but to either pay the $2,000.00 or lose my van. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Wall Street Automotive and we will NEVER use them again nor will we EVER recommend them to anyone. I will be reporting to BBB.

Ask for Brian! It’s never fun when your car/truck breaks down on you nor is it fun on your pocket book but he seriously made the experience with my truck getting fixed over the top. My truck needed power steering leak fix, exhaust leak fix, battery terminal fix, shocks & , struts! They have worked with me each time to explain all of the work before proceeding and making sure to go over everything in detail as I asked a million questions and Brian drew pictures and broke it down for me because being a female can be scary to find a shop to trust. Even had a part of an O ring that didn’t stick as it was supposed to on the power steering fix (part was faulty, not their work) and they pulled my truck back in immediately and fixed it right away. They also fixed my wife’s vehicle first before my truck and put a new water pump & serpentine belt in it and David was stellar helping us with that car! My wife’s car is going back to them for air conditioning maintenance next week! If you need some work done on your vehicle give these guys a shout.. you won’t be disappointed!

After two and 1/2 weeks keeping my grandsons car they still have not decided on a diagnostic solution. And now the mechanic is off work for next 3 days. Looks like it might be 3.5 weeks keeping the car before it MIGHT be ready to go.

Check engine light came on. Did not dig deep into the problem, instead kept the Murano for one week and replaced the mass air flow sensor, ( even though I had just replaced it three months earlier ) and charged me over $400. including labor of nearly $250. It took me 10 minutes to replace the MAF sensor. Same problem occurred 3 months later, I did not bring it back to Wall Street Automotive. It was the air intake boot that had 2 cracks in the boot, which Wall Street Automotive did not see, and I was charged $242. from my new repair shop. They fixed the problem in one day, not one week.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I could give less than 1 star I would! RUDE, OVER PRICED, derogatory and rip off's. I found all the parts at O'Reilly for 1/3 the price. Tell me why I had to pay for "parts cleaner" for bran new parts. DO NOT GO THERE!

Avoid this place at all costs. My vehicle sat at Wall Street Automotive for 42 days without being diagnosed. I called a couple times a week and from day 1 was told "today or tomorrow". I finally pulled the plug and told them I was coming to pick my truck up, upon which they charged me $130 to hand me my keys because they scanned it once (but don't have a diagnosis). These guys are liars and thieves and should never be trusted.

Top notch repair shop. Fair, efficient and effective. In 1998, fresh out of college and brand new to town, they helped me get a refurb transmission into my Ranger that was acting up. Today, in 2022, after 24 years I was back again. They diagnosed and repaired a broken shift cable in my Chev half ton. Same great service and fair pricing! Definitely recommend Wall Street Automotive!Service: Transmission
