Treated very poorly by the returns portion of the Walmart plus benefits. No help. Rude and disposed of my items without speaking to me. Loss of money. Called corporate and they filed the complaint right away. They also helped us with their mistakes.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. For a year now they have had the slowest old lady running Electronics. She gave me the wrong phone and talked my ears off about random stuff and distracted me from realizing she gave me the wrong one, I was in a rush and didn't notice. Get home and get not just the wrong one but a faulty one. For the last month now I go in there wanting to get a new protective screen but she's running the department and has a line that runs into the main aisle, the other day she left with a customer and went to talk to a manager for 20 minutes. Get her the he11 out of there jfc.

Waited 30 minutes for pickup, tried calling and it automatically went to VM each time. I'm still waiting.... probably won't get anything tonight. Did they forget to pay the phone bill, or one of the employees put the phone on DND?

Went to the store Friday 8/4/23 around 4 pm to buy air conditioner. There were no baskets available. I asked the 2 young ladies checking receipts at the door if they could call someone to bring baskets. It took 3 tries before they acknowledged me. Even though I was standing 2 feet away from them. Finally one looked at me and in response to my question, she started making dance moves toward my 6 year old granddaughter. I was not amused. I tried to call customer service 3 times to ask for let them know there were no shopping baskets and no one ever even answered the phone. I went through all the automated service and when I entered the number for customer service, I was disconnected three times.I finally got a basket someone left after they checked out.Walmart !!! Do better.

It's really sad when I go into Walmart looking for a certain product knowing I'm a United States American citizen that speaks only English and cannot find one employee that can help me with anything in the store because they only speak Spanish. It was very unhelpful to have customer service associates on the floor and can't get one employee that can help me because when I ask for something they say " I'm sorry I don't speak English " and I could not get any help at the register nor in the aisles when looking for a product.This is very disheartening to know that I'm in Texas and having to go through this in a store like Walmart especially knowing I have to check my own self out already.. Walmart do better ....Sam Walton would be upset especially knowing that it's a Bentonville Arkansas American company and I can't even get an American associate who speaks English to help me ...Walmart really needs to step up their game and do better.
