Went out of town to Abilene tx. They don’t have Wells Fargo there. They have an office but no bank. I learned the hard way that If you don’t use their Wells Fargo ATMs, they charge you an extra three dollars on top of the other ATMs that charge you money too for the inconvenience of you not using their ATMs.

Bank tellers constantly change times of when things can be done. Honestly feels they do not want to do their job. if you change your hours of when you can drop I off deposits and someone shows up. They should be courteous enough to help you. No customer service skills.

Terrible bank. They closed all of my accounts, business accounts, my children's accounts and my mother's IRA account for no reason. I Suspect racism had a large impact. Wells Fargo closed 300k people's accounts last year for no explained reason.

Too many bad reviews.
It's intimidating, I'm looking for another bank and really felt that this company would be up to par .
After reading bad review after bad review , I'm not feeling good anymore I feel like I have too much anxiety after reading all these folks comments , and I shouldn't have read so many of the reviews.

It's intimidating, I'm looking for another bank and really felt that this company would be up to par .

The service here is disappointing, I was just going to get a report of my expenses, I waited an hour to be served, the manager who was not Hispanic but spoke Spanish and from the beginning he let me know that apparently he doesn't like it. By doing it a lot, he printed me some sheets that were not the ones he needed. When he was going to explain, he got up from his chair and went to greet someone and then serve another customer. I waited for a moment and then I went out to try to do it by phone so as not to be a bother anymore, but I couldn't, the telephone agent told me I could do it at the branch, I got out of the car again to try again and I was with a customer with which his attitude was completely different from how he had treated me. He left the office, I explained that he needed a report of my expenses and he told me that he couldn't give me that information. Why couldn't he give it to me? It's my account, it's my expenses and I had my ID with me. I explained again that I needed to see if a payment had been collected and he simply said that it was fine that I should wait again. I sat for another 30 minutes and nothing, I preferred to leave the place. I hope that the manager can change the way he treats Hispanics or if he doesn't prefer it that way, then he can look for a job at another bank other than Wells Fargo, since in this bank the majority of their customers are Hispanics. Latin. I want to clarify that at no time was I rude or rude, I always spoke to him with respect and patience, but it is sad to feel discrimination in this way, his attitude was very different and noticeable and it is even sadder that this is the case. He is a manager who acts like this, since he is the face of the company.

Customer service is horrible. I waited in the lobby for an hour after being added to the waiting list. A representative came and addressed everyone in Spanish and ignored all of the black customers who were waiting before the others. I asked for a manager however he is currently out and they don’t have an assistant manager to resolve the issue. Never coming to this branch again.

The customer service provided was extremely disappointing and the staff seemed to lack experience. I wish I had known about this before visiting the location. It is definitely the worst one in this area to go to.

Im giving three stars because someone still helped me and was very nice, but one staff member is very unhelpful. This guy in particular just sits there and does not want to do anything. I’ve encountered this man many times and he has never helped me. He even walked away from me when I was trying to ask him for help. Don’t know if people have had a similar experience with this man but he’s one that never helps but overall it’s a good bank. Jezus is the manager or something and he’s the one that doesn’t help

Sat for 40 min past my appointment time only to have them refuse to print my document to have it notarized. Just had this exact thing done only months ago. Will be finding another bank for all my financial needs.

Ever since I got married I used this bank cos I joined my husband, it has been 4years, as far as right now I have never had any issue here. Everything is good as far as right now. Plus I love the way how they greet client as soon as I got in the building. So, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
