My brother went to open an account in this bank. And it is a real disaster, deceptive, lacking profession, knowledge or not having the desire to work... They did NOT open the account for him.

MEGAN in the front the teller she is RUDE read off my accounts and balances when I was specific saying I needed x amount of money in cashiers check . Then when She stopped or got to end of my accounts she then told me it would be in two money orders …????? I asked for cashier check like I do every month for rent. The best part is her telling me “YOUR RUDE I will not be helping you anymore “ and got Marcos who was polite didn’t read off bank personal info and got me what I needed . There were customers in lobby I find this horrible on Megan and degrading she is rude and I don’t know how she can be the face we see when we walk in

I waited over an hour to ask a simple question about my account and even tho i had an appointment, they kept letting people ahead of me. I understand that it gets busy but what was the point of setting up an appointment? Terrible service, terrible bank. I had been with wells fargo since 2005. I'm ready to close my account.

The problem isn’t with the bank locations the problem is i don’t feel like my money is secure i’ve had this happen around 7 times where transactions are made that weren’t myself. I don’t even shop online, i use my card at very secure stores , and i keep my card very personal. Its very frustrating when all they can ever do is to replace my card i don’t wanna keep replacing my card i want to be able to know my money is secure it’s an inconvenience having to wait a whole week for a new card and having to wait over a week just to dispute charges that aren’t mine with money i needed. waiting for this last dispute so i can close my account with wells fargo. not to say they barely had sent me my new card not even a week ago and i’m already needing a replacement such an inconvenience, if it’s your first time banking don’t recommend if your young and need your money cause all you can do is wait for them especially in this economy we’re in it is so heart breaking to see money you needed for one day just get returned another day you no longer needed it on

The most useless wellsfargo branch, I have ever seen. So slow and the personal bankers don't know what they are doing. We waited here for over 1.5hrs just to open an account. In the end they staff still look lost. I suggest they retrain thier staff to be efficient and understand the essence of time.

I called during business hours to ask a question about the banks services and the phone system won’t allow me to speak to a person. When a teller doesn’t immediately answer I’m offered the choice to remain on hold by the phone system and when I choose to do so it automatically takes me out of hold and gives me options to choose from from an automated voice system. I want to ask if the bank will exchange my rolled coins for cash and I can’t ask a robot this; my question isn’t one of the options. I want to speak to a person. I should be able to remain on hold. This is absolutely frustrating and a waste of my time.

Miserable going to Wells Fargo. All the procedures that you implement have slowed down the lines so badly. I was inside the branch behind 5 people and the line didn’t move once in 30 minutes. What could possibly take 30 minutes in the bank line? Signing closing paperwork on your house? You all are nice and polite and I’m sure you don’t control it.

The ATM took $340 dollars of cash and did not deposit them. I went inside hoping the actual people could help. They said ATM didn’t say there was an error so they couldn’t give me my money, and gave me a number to file a claim. I have been on hold with that number for an hour and a half. I would think that there would be a little more urgency, and certainly something the bank manager could do to help someone that just had their money taken from them! It’s past noon now on Friday and it sucks to know that I am not going to have that money, and no one cares!
