Only dealt with this business on the phone and the secretary was very pleasant but after being as accommodating as i could and waiting for details of my appointment time on Oct 21st and the shop certification for my insurance the owner didn’t get back to me. I had to call back 3 more times to be told that my appointment had to be cancelled because of other work. This left me without a shop and now trying to find another shop to get a quote from before my days off. Found it rude that the owner couldn’t get back to me as i was told he would then to not even tell me in person but make his booking girl tell me was even worse.

I needed pretty extensive repairs and I received my car back not only looking as if no damage was ever done - but it was also clean and polished. From the start Jessica Anchondo initiated all check in's and was great with all follow ups. They also had the shortest wait for receiving my car when calling around to all body shops to have repairs started. 2 weeks out vs 5 to 6 weeks. Thank you West Texas Collision and most of all THANK YOU to Jessica for making this a memorable, stress free experience. I would recommend West Texas Collision for anyone wanting a thorough experience. Ask for Jessica!!
