double charged me for my windshield replacement????
edit: yeah i did call, can’t leave a voicemail. three days after my appointment i’m double charged, i’m going to leave a one star review..once this is resolved i can fix my review.

The 2 front ladies are complete jerks with attitudes-- the skinny hispanic one in particular. I will never go here for any service what so ever!! Even when I initially called 2 weeks ago, the person I spoke to was rude to me over the phone. After I hung up, I told myself, "wow that person was rude." Today when I arrived to bring my vehicle in, they refused to take my vehicle because I was late for my appointment. I was never told that verbally before I made my appointment that this was there policy/conditions; so I had to find out the hard way along with condescending demeanor and unprofessional gestures. I tried explaining to her why I was late d/t work, but she cared less what I had to say. I called the Odessa locations and the staff were much nicer and have better customer service etiquette. I will be taking my vehicle to the other location and they will get my business from here on out. I am well connected within the community and will tell ALL my colleagues within the medical field(both Midand and Odessa), oil field business's that are owned by family and friends, and to any one else that needs a windshield or glass service, to NEVER GO HERE at the Midland location on 607 S. Big Spring Street for nothing!!!
Go to the Odessa locations...you will be treated better.
Also, no need to reply with with your ridiculous rebuttal to justify the actions of your front desk staff. I just read through numerous reviews stating the same thing on how the two front people were rude and treated people horrible in one way or another. Obviously you don't care what people are saying since the consensus is clear what the recurring complaint is at this location and these people are still employed. Funny how the common denominator of complaints are about these two individuals. That speaks volumes about you not caring about customers!!

Was 17 mins late due to traffic accident, had to reschedule. No good. I mean what is 17 mins. Not like they were just waiting on me. Them guys were working on other vehicles still

hard to say.. they brought the wrong window when it was made very clear the make and model and the electronic features the truck had to ensure proper fit. so... never got a replacement

They did an awesome Job! But the front ladies who work in front were bashing and talking bad about customers being annoying and saying how this company sucks Sad people they have working for them! But the guys did great on my vehicle! We don’t have time to sit in there and hear drama
