I wanted to upgrade my phone and transfer to a different account. The manager told me I have to go to waxahachie and bring both account holders. Then laughed at me when I said I called it out as bs. There should be a way simpler process….
I called waxahachie and the guy walked me through how I can do it online. Super easy!
