Went into the store so I could uogrqde my galaxy s22 ultra to a s24 ultra because the curved screen was just becoming too annoying to deal with. Ocean helped me in less then 30 seconds and then got me fully set up on the new phone. Went back later that afternoon with my sister and yograded her from a galaxy s9+to a galaxy s24 ultra as well. Daniel was very quick to help and ge us started before he had a call, and Alyssa helped finish us up and get her set up. Very satisfied and will be back in the future

Kai was excellent, knowledgeable and professional. We will continue to work with him for all of our AT&T service issues. The entire staff worked together to ensure we were taken care of. We purchased two cell phones that were not in our plans or budget. We took advantage of the opportunity for us to get the best possible deal and service in Midlothian on yesterday. Thanks Kai and crewPlease stop outsourcing to countries with language barriers…cheap labor is not good business

Great experience, the guy who helped, I think his name was Alex, full of life, fun and easy to work with. He even went to another store to get the phone I really wanted when he found out it wasn’t in stock. Y’all don’t pay him enough for that kind of customer service

Alex was absolutely terrible and couldn’t fix my phone. He was rude, condescending, and didn’t know how to fix the problem with my phone. He spoke down to me and quickly blew me off to help other customers in the store. I went to the second store in Midlothian where Laurie (sp) fixed the problem quickly and respectfully. I will NEVER send anyone to the AT&T near Walmart. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service.

I had called and asked some questions about something that the ATT in ennis couldn’t give me and Mario was very informative and super nice. It’s nice to know there’s still good customer service out here. Keep up the good work!

Mario and Christian were amazing! Will not be going to any other AT&T store in the future as I’ve never received such amazing service as I did here. I’ll drive all the way from Dallas just to be helped by them.

I'm not one to give reviews. But at&t has drove me to this.I went to this store over a year ago to get a upgrade, they gave me what they made sound like a good deal. Only to find out it wasn't. My bill only went down $5 not $30 like they told me. They added a line and didn't tell me, when I got my bill it was higher. Then they tell me it be on the next billing cycle. The next billing cycle bill still not any better. By this time the person I was talking to no longer worked there. So nothing they could go. So not learning my lesson I go back a few months later and they tell me they got this promotion going. So I take the deal. I got a new phone at half price and another phone free, I just have to trade in 2 working phones. So we got the deal and they said we can bring the old phones back as we wanted to clear them out. Handed the old phones back in 3 days later. He said I didn't need anything that he put it in the computer. So I get the bill same story wait till the next billing cycle. So next billing cycle same thing, I call and ask them about it they said only one phone was turned in. So they charge me full price for what should've been a free phone. They never give you anything in writing the people just get on the computer type a bunch of stuff in and you have no ideal what they doing. So I still have 3 lines and only need 2 but they said if I conceal the new line I'll lose my promotion and have to pay full price for the phone. So im screwed again. So they say do auto draft and I'll save $30 a month so I do it. It last 2 months then when the bill is due I noticed they didn't take it out. So I gave it a couple of days still didn't take it out. So I called them. They said im not signed up for automatic draft. Showed them where they did it the last 2 month. They seen where it was automatic took out the last 2 month but they couldn't see anywhere that it been canceled, I told them that's because I never canceled it. So they couldn't find why are how it got removed from auto pay. But now want to charge me for not being on auto pay, and charge me a late fee, they did wave the late fee. So I paid it and set it back up on auto pay and it was supposed to be taken out on the 1st and here we are again no payment taken out. If you get any promotion from this store make them print you something out saying what they doing cause they add lines to your account without telling you. I guess it's my fault for trusting them and not paying more attention. When I got home there was an extra Sims card in the box the new phone was in. It was for the extra line they added. So I had a Sims card but no phone for it. When I talked to them they said if you have an old phone you can use it or give it to a friend or family member if they need a phone. I'm so done with at&t. When I get this phone paid off I'm closing my account. And I been with them for many years, I will never go back the at&t store in midlothian TX.

Alex is the absolute best. Normally when I walk into the ATT store I always feel like the reps, well meaning as they are, try to push all kinds of extras at me that I don't need or want, but Alex was kind, helpful and real with us. If you come into this store and you see him, make sure you ask for him because he will be super helpful in a non aggressive way.
