“I am rarely super complimentary about service providers, but I can't think of a single thing that I would change about my interaction with straight line.
I went to them after I was the victim of a hit and run accident and they managed everything beautifully. The staff was helpful and attentive. Communication was on point with keeping me abreast of estimates and repairs which is super important to me because I hate hate hate having to chase down updates on work. Best of all, the repair was completed perfectly and in the timeframe they said it would be.
Quite possibly the best interaction i've had with any automotive based service. I think it is safe to say that I hope I never have to use them again, but if the need arises, I will absolutely have no problems being a repeat customer.”
