Zero customer service skills. I called and made an appointment and when I went in, they said I wasn’t on the schedule. The lady at the desk was super rude and tried to blame their mistake on me.

They do NOT answer the phones. My car has been there 4 weeks for a small fender bender and I cannot get anyone to let me know when I can get my car back. I am having to take off work to drive over there to check on it myself. Communication is non-existent.Service: Body & Trim
