“Shoutout to McCoy’s Midlo! I had never been to a McCoy’s before and my gosh did they deliver. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable, I came in multiple times to find a specific baseboard trim and some door trim as well. They had both trims I was hunting and Tara, the main saleswoman who helped me, was outstanding. They also welcomed my young children with very understanding smiles and kindness. Lastly, James helped me load up some of the 16’ trim in my van and did a great job from their lumber yard. Even was able to order specific trim I needed as well. All in all, would definitely recommend and looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Tara, James, and McCoy’s for the excellent service. “Recently heard of this company when looking for a specific part for a material lift i have. I was unsuccessful in finding the part online, ebay, etc. I came to the store and was met with some of the best customer service I habe ever received. The associate, Zada, exceeded any and all expectations I had while trying to procure this part. I see other people's reviews regarding unloading times. I understand that frustration, and it seems the store could potentially be understaffed. But with today's market I empathize on trying to meet demands with limited capital. Overall this has been a really good experience and restored some of my faith in customer service interactions.”
