I don’t ever leave reviews man but this place has pushed me to the point that it must be done so that no one else has to experience what I have. They cost me a whole 2016 car with which should have been a simple oil change. NEVER use them, even for an inspection he will say your tires are to bald to pass just so you spend more money with them. Worst auto shop in all of Ellis county.

Ok, if you have a business doing something, like…own the business… you better do it right, I don’t even care if you are rude, do it right.
I went to Wizzo tire in Midlothian for a flat repair, the guy looked over my tire, noted the nail in the tread, pulled the nail, plugged it, sprayed and sent me on my way, I woke up the next morning and it was dead flat! I was losing 5 psi in 2 days before the repair, no it was flat, 0 psi. I took it back to him, I paid for a repair so I want it repaired.
He looked at it, no leak found. I drove it to the store, started back home and the psi dropped 10 in minutes of me turning the car back on. I took it back to him, he said the leak was at the plug, and that he fixed it. I drove it to work and back the next day and it was fine.
I wake up this morning and the damn tire is flat again. Now I’m sitting at discount tire, where I really should have come to begin with, but I was trying to support a small business. Sorry for the long rant but I repeat, if you own a business providing a service, do that service better than anyone else!

Shady inspection. Been there several times before for truck and trailer inspections and never been inspected for a trailer at all. Do your job all the time or get a new one cheater!!!!

Was just told my car will not pass inspection because of small crack in my windshield. That's not per the state just this place. I've used this location for 30+ years & several owners I hate having to find another guess this new one is clueless

Charged me $30 for two plugs. PLUGS. I’ve never had a professional tire shop plug a tire in lieu of a patch. And the real shops charge less for actual patches. A plug is where they drill a hole in your tire and put a piece of felt in the hole. A patch they actually take the tire off the car and use a high strength epoxy to glue a patch after prepping the area. Do better!

Went to air up my tires and told the guy they needed to be at 40. The guy said he had aired them up and charged $5. I drove all the way home, and my tire pressure never went up they were all the same pressure, which was 35.
