Went today to have my son’s hat cleaned and shaped. The hand band also broke, Thankfully Tristan was able to fix and shaped it perfectly. He was very sweet and very helpful. I’m very happy he was able to fix it. I highly recommend Tristan for all your hat needs.

Overall well maintained store woman were welcoming at the the front door Corey helped reshape my felt hat , also gave me more knowledge on how to care for it and helped with trying to find work boots had a young gentleman also greet me while walking around the store great experience.
