Kelly is the WORST person to deal with up here. She makes everything way more difficult than it is supposed to be. I never have an issue with any other teller here except her. She always sends my checks back to me because "the signature looks a little different than whats on my ID" are you kidding? If it wasn't for her and the amount of inconvenient times I've had to deal with her I might give them more stars.

Nice bunch of folks working here. Very informative and helpful in any situation that you may have. Inside, the wait time to see someone isn't very long at all. Drive up teller window wait time is usually quick, except for paydays, which is to be expected. All in all, a great bank to do your business with.

If you’re an American and you understand what a police state is, I suggest you choose a different bank! Not only did Chase pay over 200M in the Jeffrey Epstein case, but they’ve refused to send my Zelle payment to a merchant because I refused to tell them what I’m buying! They literally told me they will not release the payment until I tell them what I’m buying! I have made serval purchases from this merchant and I know them! How this is legal in the US is beyond me! We need to stop this now!!! Please close your account or don’t start one in the first place! These people are part of the problem with the madness taking place in this country! We can end it all, together!

Take your business somewhere else. The employee’s at this location act like you’re bothering them when you choose to bypass the ATM and have a teller assist you instead. They will say one thing over the phone and something else when you come in, forcing you to make multiple trips to get something done. Maybe, it’s a lack of training on management’s part but it’s unacceptable nonetheless. It has been a hassle dealing with them for my business account.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received this morning at Chase Bank, Midlothian Texas. I needed to update my two-step authentication, and the first banker I encountered provided exactly that; and all within five minutes.Great job Chase, y’all rock! Definitely noticed a substantial increase in service at the Midlo Branch, versus others I won’t mention presently. Thank you Chase Bank!!

Well, I own a local small business and I bank through this very bank. Maybe I’m a bit old fashioned but I’d definitely prefer to work with a bank that actually cares about the small businesses that they work with. Iv been waiting several days now for just a simple returned call. I’m working on a business plan for 3 new businesses and I can’t get the bank to return my calls. Now Iv also called another local bank and Iv heard nothing back from them either. Maybe I’m expecting too much? If call backs for business owners are not s thing in banks any longer maybe maybe I’m just too old and need to find a different outlet for the use of funds.

Chase Bank is driving me crazy. I’ve been on and off hold for 45 minutes.I desperately need to speak to someone but the local branch will not answer. Of course I knew that because when I’m in branch phone rings and no one looks up.A bank is a customer service business. When customers need you then be available. My business account is missing $100,000 and I can’t speak to employee. Now I have to leave work and go home.

EDIT*After calling and speaking to the branch manager, Belinda, my visits to the bank have greatly improved. Thank you. I am glad that I reached out and got this issue resolved.Every time I am in that bank my day is ruined. When I am walking up to the counter I automatically dread the encounter.

I went today to get a cashier's check for a little bit more than $10,000. I gave the teller my driver's license and the slip. He asked me for another type of ID. I gave him multiple types of ID's and he went to another office while I was waiting and waiting and waiting. He finally came back and told me that he can't give me the money. He asked me if I had the app, so I can show him my bank statements. I said no. So, he repeated that he can't give me my own money. I showed him more ID's and he kept saying that he can't give me my own money. I left and while in the parking lot decided to go to Chase website to see if I was lucky enough to be able to access my account. Well, I was able to access it. I came back and the retarded teller was leaving and there was another teller, a female this time. I saw the retarded teller approaching this female teller and telling her something while looking at me. The female teller nodded her head in affirmative way when he finished talking to her. I was going to leave, but I really had to get the cashier's check. Well, as soon as it was time for the teller to help me, the first thing she asked was, did you get your bank statement? This confirms that the retarded teller told her something about me before leaving. Well, I told her yes. I was going to open the August statement which was the most recent one. She said, no, I want June statement. So, I opened June statement. She started copying information like the balance I had in June and other information. She was taking her time, looking at the statements and writing. She was really taking her time. When she finished with the statement of June, she said, ok, open August statement. I just laughed aloud because August statement was the first I wanted to open and she said no, that she wanted June. She started copying information also from my August statement. Again taking her time and copying a lot from my statement. I was getting mad already and asked her, are you doing this because I am Hispanic. She then said no. Well, after she finished copying the information as well as taking her time, she left and it took her forever to come back. I was getting impatient and was really mad. I really thought she was calling the Police to arrest me just for trying to get my own money. Oh, when she gave me the cashier's check she looked like she was very satisfied with making me wait and making me go through all I went thru just to get my own money. Then, she started explaining to me what part of the cashier's check document was for the person who was going to receive the money and what part was for me. I was thinking why in the heck she is doing that. She was an idiot, another retarded teller. I will never go back to that bank. Too many retarded people working there. I have gotten a lot of cashier's check bigger than what I wanted this time at another bank, and I have never had any issues. I will never go back to that bank and I am seriously considering closing my Chase account and take my money to another bank that knows about customer service. This bank is horrible. Oh, she dared to ask me if I bought a house in that area. Ridiculous! That's none her business. She, as well as the retarded first guy who did not help me need to be fired. Both are racist!
