Alonzo is absolutely horrible! Refused to tell me why he couldn't cash a check. Beware of this bank and especially this location.

If zero stars was an option, that's what they would get. If you like being treated like a child, this is the place to be. Absolutely the worst is customer service. And to be told by manager that "it's just not there any longer" after depositing hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars, is just not acceptable. A very poor business manager. Good luck sir.

Wonderful customer service. Clint, Sarah, Matt and the rest of the team have always treated me very well and went above and beyond what one would expect from a bank. I Highly recommend banking with CNB.

Refused to cash my check my boss banks there drove to two locations because first capped 5k gave me a cashier's check for 2800 for balance drove to this location 40 minutes away they refused to cash it. Said it's bank wide not location based but could not tell me the amount was said " it's case by case" sounds racist to me

Don't waste your time. I've been banking here for two years. The mobile app never works. The website is difficult to navigate. I can never get through to the bank via phone call. If I could give CNB zero stars, I would. Honestly, a horrible and frustrating banking experience.

My experience with customer service was disappointing. I use a vendor based in Canada and CNB denies the charge every month. I was told there is a flag because it's an international business. When I inquired about taking the flag off they said it wasn't possible. When I requested to speak with someone more knowledgeable on this situation I was placed on hold and hung up on. I am shopping for a bank that can better serve my business and provide decent service when a problem needs solving.

I went in to get information face to face because they wouldn't answer my questions about the products they sell on the phone. The branch manager didn't take time to find out what my goals were or even walk through what my options might be. He was only interested in me moving ALL my accounts there.

Do not use this bank!! Save yourself the headache. The customer service is poor at best! My friend deposited a check via mobile app. It has turned turned into a nightmare. We all understand mistakes happen, so when they do please accept responsibility of it! Matt is very rude.

IF I was allowed to rate this place a zero I would! They have the worst customer service EVER! Don't have any mobile banking issues because Matt (the assistant branch manager) will tell you that he don't understand how I could be upset about the monies not being deposited into my account. Are you serious??? RUDE# BEWARE

Worst customer service EVER. Matt should not be allowed to speak to the public as his customer service skills are TERRIBLE! Would not recommend this place to anyone.
