One of the best studios, I have been to. The staff is welcoming and personable. They offer a variety of yoga and strenghening classes. Wish I lived here!

Great place and instructors! My favorite class is Yin Yoga with Tonia! She is great at suggesting modifications for poses which you may not be able to do. So helpful!!
