After 2 years being removed from CrossFit, I was worried I wouldn’t find a community like I had at my old box. Rob, Kris, Bryce and Cara immediately put me at ease and I have enjoyed getting back into the grind with this community!

Very nice community and all the coaches are great people. It is hard to not want to return because the community provides you with an exquisite amount of motivation and support. My sister and I love it here. I would give it beyond 5 stars if I could. ?

Joined Midlothian CrossFit a few weeks ago. Everyone is very welcoming and has a positive vibe in the gym. I’ve had good experiences with the coaches. They work with you on you limitations and provide modifications as appropriate, and give you corrections and encouragement throughout the workout.

Coach Rob, Kris, and the staff are awesome! If you have your doubts about if cross fit is right for you, schedule some time with Coach Rob. He has options for all skill and ability levels…and the best part is that he and all the members have built a community based on positivity and mutual support. I am enjoying my experience thus far and feel better physically and mentally then I have in a long while. If you are on the fence, take the first step!

Did a drop in class today. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the workout and conversation with owners afterwards. Will definitely be back when we come back in town.

10/10 EXPERIENCE!!!The coaches are kind, encouraging, and extremely helpful. They keep the gym clean and uniform. The overall vibe of the community is very positive—everyone helps everyone and cheers each other on, regardless of your skill/performance level.I’m currently going through the Accelerator program and I LOVE it! Having a coach that walks you through a custom plan for myself is exactly what I’ve been looking for. They send check-in texts for accountability, ask how your meal planning is going, focus on your goals with you, etc. They spell everything out so well! I really feel like I’m set up for success.Definitely here to stay indefinitely!

I live in San Antonio, but dropped in when visiting my bestie in Ovilla. Coach Robert was so great, ensuring we had good form, knew all our scaling options, and motivating us to keep pushing! Workout was killer, and everyone was super welcoming and nice. Will definitely come back anytime I am in town!!!!

My husband started at CrossFit about two years ago, I didn’t go initially because I was okay with the workouts I did at home. Didn’t matter to Kris and Rob that I didn’t want to do it but they always supported me and congratulated me for doing fitness at home. I was scared and I didn’t think I was strong enough and didn’t want to look stupid. I came in to a couple workouts to check it out. Not only did I not feel stupid or not strong they built me up and showed me how to do the movements correctly and every other member there is nothing but encouraging and help you celebrate every accomplishment you make no matter how big or small. Cara and Bryce also take the time when they see me uncomfortable and feel like I’m not doing it right. This is the best way not only to learn about your body and fitness but to gain forever friends. I do not regret one day taking the step to do it. At the end of every work out I gain more confidence. If you’re looking for a gym that’s the total package this is it.

CrossFit Midlothian offers an amazing gym experience hands down. Not in the best shape? They have a plan for you and welcome you with open arms! Already in good or great shape and ready to take it to the next level? They’ve got you too! The trainers are fantastic and really help you improve your strength, technique, and form. The owners Robert and Kris are phenomenal, and they go above and beyond in all aspects of their profession.

It’s so much more than a gym. CrossFit Midlothian is a community.You walk into class and you’re seen, supported, and cheered on.CrossFit can seem intimidating, but the coaches scale and modify to accommodate all fitness levels. Seriously. They can meet you wherever you are.I’ve tried gyms and boot camps but nothing compares to CF. It’s amazing to watch your body transform.I have a very unpredictable work schedule and love that there is always a class time that works for me.Rob & Kris truly love their gym and their members.
