Against my better judgement, I had my dr send a RX here. Worst experience. I got a text my RX was ready so I loaded my 3 small kids in the car and headed to cvs. I waited in the drive through pickup line 45 minutes, but had a dr appointment I couldn’t wait any longer. I called the pharmacy several times with no response from anyone bc I wanted to give them my good RX number. So after dinner I drag all 3 of my kids back to cvs, wait in line for 30 more minutes, and when I got to the front, the rude lady told me “sorry you have to come back tomorrow”. Why? Bc they are about to close when I waited in the line over 30 minutes.
And yes I could go inside but i don’t want to bring my 3 small kids inside and have them run around and touch everything and probably pick up germs from the pharmacy.
I’ve now spent over 1.5 hours trying to get this RX and I still don’t have it. This is the last time I will ever use CVS, luckily my insurance lets me go elsewhere. Stay away from here if you have the option!

Great service. Great products. Plus convenient. The only place I use for my prescriptions.

I may be too friendly, but I like places where I go and people remember you. At this CVS the manager and everyone are so helpful and friendly, that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I get my meds somewhere else (stupid insurance), but the other store will never get my business.

Pharmacy is terrible highly don’t recommend. Asked about some prescriptions that weren’t filled and they decided to not give me the ones that were filled. Highly disrespectful won’t ever fill a medication again!!!

I’ll be finding a new pharmacy just because they’re freaking lazy. It’s unbelievable that they could stand around talking all morning not have any customers and still make me leave and have to come back later for prescription. That would take them five minutes to put together if I waited at the window. Never mind, my child is miserable as long as y’all can sit in there and gossip this morning. I hope you’re having a great time at work.

I waited behind 4 cars on the drive thru pick up line with a whiny cranky baby, was next in line when they put up a sign saying drive thru closed come inside. Im sure they saw me and the cars behind me I find it extremely rude and inconsiderate. Most people picking up medications are already sick and not feeling well and they always only have 1 drive thru lane open its completely insane and ridiculous even going inside there's one line when it could be more and the line moves extremely slow. I really wish another pharmacy would open in this area they would lose a lot of business immediately I believe most people only go there because they dont have options.

Today I had one of the best customer service experiences at CVS in Midlothian. The young man who helped me showed professionalism, kindness, and true respect for every customer. He was calm, patient, and knowledgeable explaining each step of the process without rushing or making anyone feel uncomfortable.
In a town where I’ve sometimes experienced customer service that felt rushed or dismissive, this was a refreshing reminder of what genuine service looks like. It’s not just about completing a transaction, but about making people feel valued and respected. He treated everyone the same way, with patience and care, which shows great character and dedication to his work.
We need more people like him in customer service people who bring humanity, patience, and dignity into their jobs. His attitude completely changed my day and left me with the reassurance that there are still individuals who go above and beyond. Truly a 10/10 experience that exceeded my expectations.

This location has some serious issues. My husband had diabetes medication sent here 5 days ago. We came to grab it today because we needed it. The man at the window was like oh. We don’t have stock. I say I wish we would’ve known that several days ago as this is diabetic medicine. He says oh we should have some on the 11th, but it’s not a guarantee. No one else has it either. Then he said he could call around and see if any other locations have it. Cool, he comes back 5 minutes later and says we actually have enough to fill this one RX, you wanna go ahead and fill it? Well obviously, my husband isn’t going to miraculously be cured of diabetes in the 5 minutes we were sitting here. We circle the building and pull back up to the window and says, we have enough for a 39 day supply… okay, what’s the RX for 60? 90? He doesn’t know. It was indeed a 90 day supply that was ordered so I asked him to verify that the computer states we still have pills owed.
