very dishonest car seller had a crv listed on marketplace as having 198k miles and being mint after getting the vin from him that was a blatant lie and he got very rude and blocked me when I sent screen shots proving the mileage was inaccurate

My alternator had gone out on my way to work and had to leave it at a Loves Gas Station.. Called every 24hr tow spots and NOT ONE answered... Luckily D&W answered. Their quote was outstanding and arrived withing minitued (11minutes exactly after hanging up) Donnie was the man! Got the job done quick and made it look easy! Definitely recommending to all who needs the service

Other than the fact that you've got to call and hour in advance there not to bad , my truck was I impounded, when it was picked up it didn't have a wheel in it. So it was sitting on the rotor, I was surprised to see that they had recovered the wheel that fell off and placed in t underneath the rotor instead of just parking it at there yard on the rotor.

I got stuck in the mud around 2am. The dispatcher and tow truck driver were friendly. I was given real time location and eta of tow truck.

I spoke with Stacey who hung up on me when I started asking for supervisor information. That was after sitting on hold for a total of 40 minutes. This tow yard has lost my vehicle twice now. Darryl stated they don’t do anything to the vehicle without contacting the owner first. I’ve been waiting for the at fault parties’ insurance to pay out (they’ve been out to appraise the car twice now) and we finally were set up for them to pay and collect the vehicle for early next week. I called today to get the rest of my stuff from my vehicle and was told by Stacey that they assumed I didn’t want the vehicle any more and illegally destroyed my vehicle that I still have the key and title to. She says they have no record of me coming by ever which seems like an issue on their side but is apparently my problem that they didn’t document visits and calls? Literally get your vehicle towed anywhere else STAY AWAY

The story behind my issue was I had just gotten off of work and back home. After getting ready to go inside, I locked my doors and realized that after I had shut the door, that I had left my keys inside. At 11pm I called two other companies who wanted me to wait until an hour after I'm supposed to be at work the next morning just to get started. I called D&W and they came out that night so that I could make it to work the next morning.I'd forgotten the drivers name that came out, but it was money well spent.
