She charged me $60. I came in with my hair washed. I asked her how much for just the haircut without the blow dry and fixing my hair. She said that the price was the same. The shop is up very steep stairs with only 1 railing. It was dangerous for the elderly.

I almost never give a bad review but this is so unprofessional. I was ghosted for my lash appointment right before my wedding day . I made an appointment nearly two weeks in advance . Started trying to confirm my appointment the day before and absolutely no response . Would not recommend Alyssa with this salon.

A friend sent me here to see Emilee and I'm in love with this salon! Every person that works here is super friendly and positive, the atmosphere is just awesome and every client I saw leaving looked great and seemed very pleased! I have got a lot of hair and it is somewhat hard to manage, on top of that I'm really picky. Emilee did an amazing job and was more worried I was annoyed with how long it took (I truly have a whole lot of hair so it's expected with my particular service this time), without a doubt this is the first time in a very long time I've left a chair on cloud 9 feeling wonderful about my hair!!!Services: Hair coloring

If you’re looking for a wonderful, high end, hair spa then look no further. Every time I get my hair done I feel so exquisite and beautiful. Every single lady that leaves the spa after getting their hair done is absolutely divine. I’ve never seen a hairstyle or color look any less. I will never go anywhere else.

I enjoyed the ambience but it ended there. I went in for a layered bob between chin and shoulder length. I should’ve left when the stylist tried to convince me of something else, but I had burnt my hair over the weekend and needed it cut off. She cut it wet and afterwards asked if I was okay with the length. I hoped it would dry shorter but it didn’t. She ended up styling it twice before saying I could put my glasses on to see how I liked it. I didn’t love it but didn’t want to hurt her feelings so I paid and left. Later I emailed the owner and asked for someone else to fix the hair cut since she didn’t even get all the split ends off and my hair was still tangling horribly. She said they would reach out to get me in the following Monday but I never heard back from them. Overall this was a subpar experience for me and I won’t be returning nor recommending this salon.Service: Haircut
