We have banked with first convenience for over 10 years and have never had as many issues with a branch than this midlothian one. After getting a temp. card and getting hours down the road and trying to activate it they never entered our info and we had to turn around just for them to take 20 seconds and fix something they should’ve done first thing. Then when our main card comes in they make us wait 30 mins with not another soul in line just for 3 ladies to come out with our OPENED MAIL. And their excuse was to make sure the card “wasn’t damaged” and to “get information for your account” I talked to the assistant manager and she said that’s normal with their branch yet every other branch we’ve gone to has waiting and made us open our mail and agree that what they did was wrong.

A bank inside of Walmart refuses to make change for a $20 bill unless you have an account…thereby ensuring I will never open an account with this “bank”. The absurdity is laughable

I have been with 1st Convenience for upwards of 20 years. I have never had any complaints or issues. In fact when we were a victim of a fraudulant website stealing our money, they were quick to help us get our money back. They made it easy to switch accounts and fix everything. When I have questions, they are polite and explain.

I have never had any issues with this branch or this bank. They reach out to me via email and phone call when a breach or fraud is suspected . Whenever we have needed to get a new card, it has always come fairly quickly in the mail and they give us a temporary one to use in the meantime. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful.

2 Girls that work there are snooty and are not versed in customer service. One is a branch manager. Not quite sure how she got that job but should really have hired someone else better fit for the job. Don't get a job in customer service if you don't like dealing with people.

Dont use this bank if you want to be able to receive your money on time. You never get your money deposited on time and it feels as though they deposit it whenever they "feel" like it. Worst customer service and rude employees

This is the WORST bank. Please stay away from them!!!! They make random charges on your account and don’t take them off after you say something! The people at this branch are HORRIBLE. They are so rude and horrible. Terrible customer service. Everything about them is abysmal.

Horrible Customer Service and Bad Banking PracticesI moved to this bank to have a bank close to my home. They put a 9 day hold on every deposit even though I had sufficient funds. They also charged me fees for Min balance for no reason, my balance was always above the threshold. They also said they would not deposit a check that I brought them and could not explain a good reason. Avoid this bank. Mobile deposit is a joke, they have a $3000 30 day limit, so once I hit that I was driving back to the bank. When I closed the account, they took $20 for a Min balance fee and kept it, even after they admitted that it was a mistake. This is a bank that preys on making money off of customers through fees and does not create revenue in traditional ways.

If you want a SECTION 8 bank, this is the place to come! The word incompetent, does not begin to explain the these unqualified, work force quality people they hire to run that place.. Probably contract labor to say the least. Put your money somewhere else. Also, Natalie, the branch manager for this location is extremely rude and has ZERO regards to customers that have banked with them for almost 10 years. So pick your banks very carefully. Hopefully she will move along soon with help so she can wreck some other bank's clientele. THIS BANK RECEIVED AN "F" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job!
