I had order a floral arrangement by someone ELSE local to us! Gave inspiration photos, plenty of detail of what I wanted. To say what I received was NOT what I asked for is understatement! Although the other person was nice, she did still charge me full price which I paid for something that wasn’t even in the same zip code of the inspiration photos. even after explaining I wasn’t happy in any way, Now to the the Blessing of Ms Roberta……. I was recommended to Ms Roberta by my bff who has used her in the past. When I say Ms Roberta blew it out of the water with the work in making me what I wanted for my special friends funeral/memorial it meet all my expectations and was PERFECT. She looked at my picture and it was amazing, she also did this on a Friday last minute to help me before my friends service on Saturday am. I can NOT thank her enough for kind heart and beautiful work! She will forever have my business going forward! You will not regret working with her! Thank you Ms Roberta again

The service that Roberta's has provided any time I have needed flowers has been top notch. I have sent and received amazing flowers that have lasted longer than a week. Their ability to come through on short notice and put together arrangements last minute and deliver them timely has earned my respect and positive review.

Sad to have to leave this review, we are new here and this is our son’s first prom. I ordered here based on the recommendations of many. Picked up the flowers (Friday) for prom tomorrow and the flowers are already wilted, browning, and veining because they are not fresh. (Images taken same day as picked up) They were the wrong color as well. I just don’t have time to do anything about it so I frantically you tubed and made myself some fake silk floral prom flowers instead.

Saw Ms. Roberta today. I just had to drop off some papers for her. Such a cute shop and such a sweet lady. A woman came in looking for a few flowers really quick and I watched Roberta throw together an arrangement in just a couple of moments. She's amazing. Need flowers quick? She's the person to see!

Absolutely gorgeous floral standing spray for my Nana’s Celebration of Life. My family and I called to inquire about a floral arrangement for a SAME DAY event. We called at 8:45 am and the event we were needing them for was at 1:30 pm. Flowers By Roberta didn’t even open until 9, but we were still answered before opening time and assured they would be able to get a floral arrangement delivered to the event in time and they did not disappoint! Not only was the spray incredibly beautiful, the price could not be beat. All in all, service was outstanding! 10/10 recommend Flowers by Roberta!

What a great place. I went to get flowers for a family member who lost her job and Roberta didn’t even charge us. Wouldn’t let us pay. It was a very kind gesture in a really hard time of life. Will be recommending this shop to anyone needing floral work.

Placed an order for local delivery and they were delivered within 1-1/2 hours. Beautiful arrangement. Wouldn't expect anything less from Roberta.
