“Nice gym!! clean, friendly staff, decent equipment, good size area, multiple weight machines, dumb bells over 100lbs, has child care area, no longer has pool, I’d give it 5 stars if it were open 24 hours and holidays.”

“I have been a member since 2021 and recently it feels like the size of the gym doesn’t match the amount of people added. But the current manager has done what no other manager has, she makes sure teens aren’t jacking around and only true members come in. She is very attentive to who is in the gym and hearing feedback. There are things I waited years for that she got for everyone, like new handles, cushion replacements, etc.
Also, she doesn’t deal with drama, this location had some bad situations with past employees, and I haven’t seen that repeated under her.”

“I have been to many, many gyms. And very few have the support, check-ins, and overall guidance that CrossFit Midlothian has. I am OUT OF SHAPE, and the opportunity and support in modifying workouts has allowed me to participate at my level, but still push myself. I HIGHLY recommend trying out a few classes (they give an entire week free) to be able to see what I mean!
