These two immediately stepped in and helped me with everything - walking the aisles with me, explaining what I needed, lifting the heavy items to my cart & making sure I didn’t miss a thing. They were patient, kind & never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking beginner questions. They even helped load everything into my car. Because of them, what could’ve been overwhelming turned into a great experience. Lowe’s is lucky to have employees like them.”
