I do not recommend this body shop. Very unprofessional and the owner clearly does not care about his customers.
I was asked to bring my truck in on a Monday as it would take a week to fix. I dropped it off on Monday and he said he’d need to look under the bumper to confirm if he’d be able to fix it. I never heard from him Monday so I called Tuesday and was told he was finishing with a customer and would call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard back so I followed up on Wednesday. I was told that Monday and Tuesday they were slammed so he hadn’t even looked at my truck but would look at it today (Wednesday). I passed by the truck in the yard on Wednesday night and it still had not been worked on so I followed up on Thursday, in person. I asked the Owner why I had not received any updates on my truck nor work begun on it. He didn’t seem to like that question so he began yelling and told me to take my truck and leave. Given that I was giving a 1 week timeline to complete the truck and for them to not have begun any work by Thursday NOR provided any updates I felt it was fair to ask why I was not notified of the timeline change or any updates. I wanted to support local small businesses but with this type of professionalism I would never recommend him to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this business, not only did they repair my granddaughters car, they do it with a smile and great attitude and kindness. This was my 2nd time here and would never consider anyone else for our car repair needs. Very reasonable price which was a bonus.

We have used James Body Shop several times over the years. Great service and family owned. Today my 2019 Tahoe got covered with little speckles of white paint due to TX DOT repainting part of FM 663. A man by the name of Junior helped me get the paint off and showed me exactly what I needed to purchase to finish removing everything, free of charge. I appreciate the honest service/help today.Service: Painting

If you actually care about how your vehicle looks, this shop is not the place for you. Paint drips, scratches on new paint, misaligned bumpers, not putting screws back into brake lights, and the list goes on. The owner has a severe lack of care towards customer service and respecting time frames.If you appreciate your time, money, and most of all your vehicle I would highly highly recommend going elsewhere.Services: Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience, my wife backed into our garage and broke off the rear spoiler on our car. I ran up to James Body Shop and spoke with Junior. Real friendly guy. Explained to me how it needed to be fixed. Within a few days it was done! Very competitive price and I asked him to touch up the paint, which looks really great! Very impressed, would use them again.

Went in to get a bumper, a door, and a fender replaced. Was told about 3 weeks in that it would be done by the end of the month, come end of the month, and i was told "oh any day now". We got tired of hearing this and called the people they ordered from and they gave a straight answer. After that we got a call from the owner chewing us out for "going behind their back" because we called the part place instead of them. After that they proceeded to say it would be done by the end of the week, then the same thing the next week, and the next. Overall it took 2 1/2 months, and it wasn't even finished, I had a missing fog light that they said they couldn't find, and the paint was chipping already and didn't match the rest of the car. The only good thing about this place is JR, he was the only one who seemed to actually know how to do his job. TL;DR Don't go here, they treat customers like trash (as mentioned in other reviews) and they'll take forever

We keep calling and calling and calling for a hood replacement all we are told is okay i have you in my notebook let me give you a call back or i haven't found a hood at the junk yard yet would you like a brand new one if so I'll call you back. Seriously how does this place stay in business.
