We didn’t realize how amazing Kroger was until we had to start shopping around when they were out of a particular drug. They are the best in town in both service and price.

I’ve never had any problems with this pharmacy or any employees. They’re always reliable and on time. I imagine this can be a thankless job, so thank you to all the workers who make our lives easier!

By far the worst customer service and worst pharmacy ever! They are so slow and do not care for the patients at all. Would not recommend using this pharmacy in Midlothian. But out of all working there, Alicia is kind and caring.

One Star. That's the service I received this morning from a woman who hasn't yet had her coffee. If you like being schooled over the phone like a child, as I guess I was bothering them. This is the pharmacy for you. Next time lady, don't answer the phone if you're too busy to help SOMEONE PROPERLY! LET. IT. RING. Please and thank you. :)

Called in to get some info on a prescription. They were busy, but I was still greeted kindly and asked to wait. Other pharmacies in town could take a page from their book.Only 4 stars because they seem to frequently have medicines on backorder, one in particular for treating strep won't be in for 3 weeks. That's a bit too late.

WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR PHARMACEUTICALS FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! they will literally lie and tell you they’re out of your medication so they don’t have to get it ready. I watched the whole thing go down in real time and surprise surprise they did have my medication after all. This kind of behavior can get seriously hurt sick people.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just had back surgery on Wednesday and I am incapable of driving. Unfortunately, my doctor called in prescription to the walgreen's by my house so I called kroger's here in midlothian to get it transferred. That was at 2 this afternoon. They called me around 5 to tell me it's too late and they can't help me, when I come up with a solution I get put on hold. It is now 5:36 and they close at 6 and will not be open tomorrow.

So they wouldn't give me my prescription and valid my Driver license because it was 3 weeks expired... the young lady just said " well should of had renewed it before you came"Like an expired DL automatically makes it a fake / invalid??So I had to then send it off to Walmart which they accepted perfectly fine.

Love this pharmacy. So convenient for us. Usually I can drop off prescription, do some shopping, then pick it up pretty soon after. And one evening, I felt so bad showing up 5 minutes before close, but it happens. Crumpet helped me and he was so awesome and courteous despite me being the jerk that keeps them from going home on time. Definitely recommend!

Never had anything in stock. Produce is always old, soft, or out of stock. Don't recommend to anyone, might as well go to Aldi across the street.

Bring your patience!It's remarkable how slow this pharmacy is when compared to their peers at CVS and Walgreens. Literally sat in the drive-thru line for slightly over an hour today as the sixth vehicle in line. 6!I've never experienced expedient service at this pharmacy and today was the last nail in the coffin. It's obvious they simply couldn't care less about getting customers serviced in a reasonable amount of time.
